Oro's history is based on a large immigration of japanese to Brazil that happened in 1908, and Sean is a Brazilian. So makes a lot of sense two guys who live in Brazil to have a theme with brazilian music elements

It's actually the opposite. This fits Sean more because... he is an actual Brazilian, and he already had a Samba theme before in Second Impact.
