    • @sdb9884
      @sdb9884 2 роки тому +39

      It’s because the bodies of those under the influence tend to be extremely relaxed. Their natural instinct to brace for impact is too dulled to react in time.
      That is likely why the young kids survived. They probably didn’t even know it was coming because that was really fast. The baby died because it was thrown out of the vehicle at a high velocity. From what the witness said, the baby was thrown quite a ways.
      The fact that the driver needed so much pain relief could be because of high tolerance from drugs or alcohol, so a normal amount isn’t as effective.

If that is true, she deserves life in prison without parole or murder and attempted murder charges. People ask "why the driver that caused the crash survives more often?"
    Simple its physics and nature. The person that caused the crash is moving with the speed of the vehicle, less shock when it comes to an abrupt stop because they are traveling with the same motion. The victums recieve the biggest abrupt shock of movement which is way more severe than already being in the motion of the force that caused the situation.

    Actually, she killed 6. There was a 2 year old, the pregnant woman and the father of the baby in one car and two women in the other car. All 6 died. The driver should get the death penalty.

    My god. I can't even imagine seeing the baby or any of that. The woman was traveling faster than 50. The car is going so fast it's a blur.

    Emergency services should have done that blood test before pain meds.

      I agree. She could have held on in pain for someone at the hospital to draw blood. She deserved to suffer a while longer.

      So you advocate for delaying lifesaving medical care in order to draw someone's blood in violation of the Constitution? Sounds pretty tyrannical.

    Lock her up until she takes her own life from the guilt. What a selfish woman. I read an article she was under the Influence and had got in a fight with her boyfriend so she speed off mad.

    The drunk woman should be charged with 5 counts of vehicular manslaughter
    1 count of speeding and reckless driving
    And 10 counts of public endangerment
    That would probably be punishable by 20-50 years or more in prison AND a $500,000 dallor fine for it
