I remember flying out to the Bubble nebula (Big blue nebula South West of earth), landed on a desert planet with yellow sands and the sky was absolutely blue. Felt like landing on a gigantic sandy beach somewhere.

One of my favorites are the musics in the bars, as each station has different feel through the music, industrial station in a rock with country music, or anarchy pirate system with crazy hard rock.

What do you mean by many like this in a galaxy? - there are beautiful shots from the space, and from an airplane view, but between the two there is a cut - going up, and also going down. Why?
Elite 2 was a great game as was First Encounters after that. Elite Dangerous is, for me, in a league of it's own. Addressing your first question. Elite Dangerous has around 400 billion star Systems in it as a 1 to 1 scale simulation of the Galaxy. Many other players have found planets similar to this one. Addressing your 2nd question.
