- Headed out southeast of Indianapolis to get the F* out of the City. Fresh air, green fields, and the smell of spring in the air. In this short clip, we rode along Brandywine Creek, Boggtown Road, and into the village of Boggstown itself.
I'm riding a 1979 Vespa p200e with a pre-2016 Malossi 210, 57mm BGM touring crankshaft, Ceramic coated Polini BOX exhaust, HRS Vortex 24.24g carb, 23t VMC MOLLE clutch, standard 65 Primary, long 3rd gear, short 4th gear, stock ignition. Oil injection fully functional (why remove a great innovation?!).
Christian is riding a bone stock, freshly built 1981 P200e with the late 20.20 carb. Cylinder has been freshly bored to 2nd over, exhaust value removed, cleaned, and polished. First time in this area for Christian, he pops up at the 7:15 mark to take a main road into Boggstown.

seems so under powered for a 200??????
Awesome video the roads look so smooth and lovely scenery.
put a race kit on it buddy and make it a 225 you will then get 85 mph out of her
Awesome video, really feels like you are flying with that lens! Nice perspective, it's like being in the saddle ourselves. Thanks for finally getting that turn signal back off around the 2-minute mark. And funny, I didn't realize you were riding with someone else until about 8 minutes in.
I know, right?! 😂.
Awesome video man. What beautiful country roads. Makes me want bring my Allstate out to you, for a mechanical overhaul.
Great video! I have a 79 p200, as well. Do you recommend the 210 piston kit? Did you get noticeable results? I’m putting a SIP Road 3.0 on mine this weekend. I feel like my bike doesn’t have the pep that it should
Change the SIP for a Polini Box.
Once I got the SIP on there and upjetted its got a lot more umph. Revs much higher in 1-3 and takes off way better from stop. Maybe someday Ill switch to polini but I spent a bunch of money on the SIP, so I'll wear it out ! :)
