1951 Ford Tudor Deluxe Shoebox -parked over 30 years with a seized flathead, will it ever run again?

This 1951 Ford Tudor Deluxe Shoebox sat abandoned for over 30 years with the Head removed and unceremoniously in the trunk after an apparent head gasket failure. The hood was left up, and the engine was left to the elements, the cylinders quickly filling up with water and rusting heavily.

Lol! Yeah, there is a big debate on that, but the word comes from helix, which is the shape of a helicoil. Helix is pronounced hee·luhks. Either way, it saved the day! Lol.
