Do you know what the outhouse trots is? I have a guess but figured maybe you would know for sure, being old and all, figured you would know about it having used an outhouse... LoL! Just kidding you.. really wish that Richard answered comments but he doesn't.
@@jedediahsibley3355 I’ll just say that the trots are explosive and depending on the weather it could be an ordeal if it was rainy or cold. I had something similar on one of my tours in Iraq.

Richard I’ve had people think they owned the creek. Then I’ve had them trespass across me to get to the creek because they said the creek was neutral property. I agreed with them that the creek was neutral but not my property. I’ve always been told that all water ways are neutral. Thanks for another video reminding me to go fishing when I can, cause it’s good fir me.

Thanks, Richard! Perhaps in the future you can do a video on how you research creeks from home to know which ones you can get into. You're the best. Also, can you please adopt me? I'm 53 and eat quite a bit. Just so you know.

I went fishing in our local creek that flows into the Susquehanna River today using the same reel, Johnny Morris lite 2000 along with the Johnny Morris 6’6” Medium Lite pole and after loosing two Zman Ned hooks went to a 1/0 EWG and Texas rigged a Bass Pro Green Pumpkin magic Hellgrammite and they just slammed the bait. I ended up catching 7 Smallmouths ranging from 6” up to 13” and had a ball walking the creek. Thank you for all you teach us small town creek fisherman and women!!
Good morning Richard. Another good creek video. Man you doing good, but there is one thing I noticed in your creek videos, you have not mentioned one time of a good place on the creek bank to stretch out and take a good nap. I know your there to teach fishing techniques but you also talk about enjoying God's great outdoors and the beauty he puts out there for us -- what better way to enjoy all that other than catholic some fish and take a nap. Slow down and enjoy life and God's beautiful outdoors. God bless you and mama Sue. Have a blessed day my friend.
I love creek fishing for bass because they fight harder than pond or lake bass because they have to fight that current to hunt. I had a honey hole where there was a large submerged rock they'd stay suspended behind and if you casted just right, they'd come out and smash those lures. Love your videos Richard. This one brought back some good memories. Thank you for all you do. The education you provide is second to none. Keep up the good work to provide us fishing sustenance when we can't or don't have the time to go out and hike 2 miles up a creek. God bless you.

I so wish there where creeks and lakes full of fish like that in Jersey and upstate NY where I fish. I mean summer time was completely dead out on fresh waters. Thank God for summer flounder to keep up the spirit.
Hey Richard. Indeed it's a lot of fun catching flounder. Even smaller ones give you quite a fight, especially on medium tackle. Depending on the spot I guess, you can find them from the shore. My favorite is around Verrazono Bridge on Staten Island side. Every time I went out this summer I caught at least a couple. Plus soon the bigger, winter flounder will start coming in which will be even more fun. Thanks for your reply and for all the great content you put out for us. God Bless you and your close ones. Good morning Richard Gene the Fishin Machine. It's not morning here though. Nor where you are. You are correct about fishing the easy access places like bridges and roads that go right to the bank. I walk the creek like you do though most of the time unless we are going to set up camp and grill and such. I will still wonder up stream or down and back up if I'm in the fishing mood.
