It looks like when you get the cheapest car in Forza, max out the upgrades, and wonder why you all of a sudden suck at the game.
I played Gran Turismo 6, maxed out an RX7, and put on the grippiest wheels. Still couldn't control it. However much Traction the wheels had wasn't enough. The car was basically on ice, it wanted to Drift SOOO Bad, it simply could not handle that much power.

both motorsports and horizon series people tend to just push more power into their cars but in motorsport series, at least FM7 PI system is kinda more strict, you can do similar things with custom multiplayer but car class and PI limit goes same, not like in fh3 you can do 'asian sports car' and build a car for C/B/A/S... what was its name.. if it's S13 it's stuck in C, so no matter how hard you customize it's stll meh power.
yup, 6.5L v12 twin turbo 1500hp in F150, roads don't need roads skill level bumps faster if you just do 180 overland jumping constantly

I get the feeling some of it was from having fun, but the bigger part of the laughter was "what a piece of shit." Uncomfortable, close to undriveable and thoroughly beat up.
But, in terms of being "king" of the modding dick-waving scene, it's number one.

To the owner of the car - Ensure the voltage values for your injectors are set correctly, play with your injector dead times, and then maybe work on your cold-start enrich.
If it's dumping fuel but struggling to start, play with your injector dead times, the cold starting should improve. When the car is idling smoothly, give small bumps on your deadtimes and watch your AFR. The car will read richer if you're going the right direction, and leaner if you're not. Somewhere near it's richest point means that the injectors are now timed correctly.
If your injector dead times were indeed off by an amount, your car should now be running richer just about everywhere, and you can begin to trim some out. You should see the same or better power with much better fuel economy.

You don't play with injector dead times. You find out the dead time of your injectors from the manufacturer and then set it to that value and no other value. Come on guys.

The way this thing is built looks like he was assigned this project 2 years before it was due, forgot about it, and only realized 3 days before it was actually due. Any self-respecting car enthusiast and builder wouldn't have done this to a poor unsuspecting 2JZ.

- I agree, if the swap had been done in a way where everything worked and looked a little more factory I’d be all for it. I also think that balance is important. If you are making ungodly power, what is the use if you can’t get it to the ground.
I could not do what this guy did. He definitely has skills far beyond me but, If I did have the skills and undertook a project like this, I’d want it to look like it could have came from the factory that way, I’d want everything to work as it should and I’d want it to be a well-rounded car that could go, stop, steer and handle.
It does look like the builder does have some great fab skills and really thought the chassis out. If he had a better finishing guy and engine/electronics guy in the mix this car could have been truly great. Hopefully one day, it can be.
I can’t stop watching this video. It’s just such an absurd engine swap and the way you explain it is just amazing. Thank you RCR.

The wheels are stanced, of course it has no grip lol it needs wide drag radials in the rear and the steering and alignment figured out. All it will be good for is drag racing and maybe circuit racing with the right tires.

CL Anthony stanced? That's not "stanced" I believe you mean cambered. Stance is used to identify how a car sits. People don't know their terminology so they say they brz is stanced. Everything is stanced.
I love how the gas pedal is the size of a quarter so it can fit beside the new channel. Reminds me of driving a Dodge Viper where your legs are shifted over and the pedals don't line up with the steering wheel anymore.

This man obviously had a great love for this car, and in the end is looking for someone to finish it since his passion for it has ended. You'd probably score it for a lot less than 150k but in the end you'd score alot of notes and things the previous owner has gained working on it and possibly someone with the knowledge to finish it will finish it. The owner imo, loves cars to death and I commend him for everything he has done to this Frankenstein of a beast for his passion.

Man he's really good at putting that gauge cluster back in, it's just one fluid motion. Most people would break out the hot glue before acquiring muscle memory for sticking a gauge cluster back on the dash.

@@WockySloth you also got the SC3, GS3, etc, I think it's 95 and back that had the stronger bottom end which make em great for NA-T, but even then you're still looking at 2-3k minimum (ebay parts) for around 350whp~ reliabliy. I been out of the 2J game for a minute but still eyeball the SC forums so I'm just guessing here, I know the last authentic NA-T build I saw was like 10k including chassis + drivetrain.
I guess this is how rotary engine lovers feel about ls swaps I see why you have done it I understand why you have done it but no this ain't right at all but it's not my car so my opinion to this guy matters as much as the fly on the wall

I can see why you'd swap out a rotary due to them managing barely five figure mileages in some cases but a well built EJ20 is tough and reliable and will push a fair bit of power.
