Matthew, I can't thank you enough for showing this us. Dimitry, you're value add to our industry is impossible to number. Would you be open to talking with someone looking to open a new branch?
Who has more earning potential? Very true. We find that Contractor owners create the business, and know they need the sales force to scale; however the sales force at times does not see Branding the contracting business as the objective because then the contractor is branded but the perception is that the sales rep "sourcing work on their terms" will be diluted or not needed anymore. As to insurance vs retail. Why do some retail roofers look down on insurance-work roofers; when it is recognized that insurance work is one type of customer and Contractors should sell both. Said another way, outbound print and digital marketing should be used to source retail work. Ground game or field sales in-person consultative-style selling, for insurance work. And finally, business development B2B send platforms to build up an army of cross-referrals from verticals like real estate brokers, bankers, other professionals and insurance agents. 🙏🏼

We use SumoQuote. It’s really user friendly. changer for us because before that the customer would have to wait for one of my admin’s to create the estimate/contract in word and email it over.
Mr D would you plz touch the subject on retail roof sales on a small demographic areas. It’s easy to to do it when a major event happen how about when no nature event happens? How can you scale ? Specially when it’s not a tech savvy consumer type ? Any help will be appreciated 🙏🏻
Insurance agents in every market are trusted advisors for their clients. Whether there's major storms or just the occasional gust of wind and falling branch, there are claims happening and agents are able to aggregate and refer those customers. Furthermore, clients will reach out to their agents for a roofer referral even when it's not an insurance job.
There’s alot of roofing companies that would rather get rid of the team, then pay them out or help them grow. A lot of greedy branch managers with a “numbers mindset” where they can just rehire refire.
Have seen a lot of your videos. This one was the first that I felt was a waste of time. Sorry. Didn't learn anything about "How to find roofing insurance jobs". Who titled this video?
Roofing Insurance Restoration Sales is saturated with knuckleheads these days...hey i don't blame anyone from making a buck in this life or chasing a dollar either, but give me a break. Look at CMR? Total Morons.....my advice to a contractor? As always....find a niche & exploit it. Keep your overhead low, profit margins high & build a fucking bankroll.
At the 37th minutes of this video you have not explained "How to Find Roofing Insurance Jobs" which makes your channel very untrustworthy!!! Hey don't say something you can't deliver.
Thanks for having me on the show Dmitry. 🤙

I thought agents couldn’t “refer” companies.
