Crafsman, I love the way you explain what you're doing in your videos. That, combined with the tone or your voice, makes it feel like you're letting us all in on a secret on how we can do these things.
@@TheCrafsMan That's what it was. My wife made jewelry and every time I'd reach in a drawer for pliers I'll come out with those. Without fail I'd try to use them anyway. Thank you for that.
1. Love the beard! 2. 7:19 a character is born. 3. Loved the orange with the orange eyes. 4. Thanks for showing a simple technique of making figures. (I see a possible chest set coming) 5. Your fun and genuine
I just need to say, during this lockdown my anxiety has been terrible... and your videos, specifically your voice, have the effect of calming me right down when I'm feeling on the edge of a freak out. So thank you :)
I never really understood why people would always comment on videos "I turn on this person's videos to go to sleep because their voice is so soothing" until I found Crafsman's videos! Man, it's like the most soothing-ASMR-ish, craft-nerdy, wholesome, adorable stuff ever, and I LOVE IT! I already do resin crafting and stuff, so I know a lot of the tricks that get shown, but I'm still binge-watching all of the videos, anyway! I'm so glad I finally clicked on one of your videos! And now I'm getting sleepy, so I think it's time to put some of them on to go to sleep. XD
Classic crafsman (unbearded one) still keep showing in my dreams saying "simple is beautifull... but craftin a new look is something you can try" Giving a try, cheers.
This has instantly become a new favorite crafting channel. Not only is this exactly what I was looking for, I get to learn via puppet lol! Can't wait to watch more!
Woah great music in the beginning, birds, sculpting, and molding in the first 2 min. Yup this is going to be a great craftsman ep. Thank you and keep up making my day/night the best in the world!
What I do is use 3 clear cups. 1 for the A part and 1 for the B part. On the outside of the 3rd cup I have made lines using a sharpie, I use this cup to measure by sight. How I do this is I take the part A cup and stack it inside the measuring cup and pour until it reaches my fill line. Then I take the part A cup out of the measuring cup and put the part B cup in and repeat the process. I didn't invent this method I picked it up somewhere and can't remember where.
Hearing you explain what you're doing, why you're doing it - whether it's something I want to try or not - lifts my spirits and even makes me smile. Thanks again Craftsman.
Yay! More figure making!! These are hands-down your best videos, Crafsman! Your Monster Clay video is one the videos I watch on repeat to give me inspiration!
Crafsman! I have the same problem with an old zoom lens of mine. Try putting one of those wide celery rubber bands around the lens on the seam between the focus ring and the static lens body. This added enough friction to stop my lens from dropping, but not so much that it was hard to zoom. Worked like a charm for me. Hope it works for you!
I wouldn't even mind reusing the resin soaked popsicle stick crafsman. Has a continuity feel to it when I see the stuck things on your popsicle stick from a few episodes ago.
Crafsman getting an early start on November. As a member of the bearded brotherhood, I approve. I just hope it's not really evil mirror universe Crafsman
Thank you so much for inspiring all of us to keep on craftin. I'm really enjoying all the variety of things you have going on. It's getting a little harder to replenish supplies when I run out in the shop, so I'm working hard to use as much as I can from the scrap bin.
Another amazing video, my friend! I bought some sculpty (and another mug for my hubby...cause he got jealous) and I m trying my hand at sculpting as well as molds! All because of you! Much love to the Crafsfamily! BTW, Crafson is incredibly talented!
@theCrafsman would have been awesome as a high school science teacher!❤️. I have about 3 teachers that changed my way of thinking for life and he def would have been one of them if I’d had him ❤️ so much knowledge on so many levels
Very cool. Ever since that one episode I keep waiting to hear Crafsmama in the background saying "Crafsman you crazy!" This idea of casting eyes in the mold is pretty neat stuff -- and a little crazy -- but so crazy that it works! Thank you Crafsman. You need to shave. That beard is telling you something.
Awesome stuff! 😃👍🏻👊🏻 .... The way that the eyes look all black on on the black one, kinda makes me think of the eyes that the Sleestak had in Land of the Lost ..... have you ever tried to make a Sleestak?

You're welcome Crafsman!
"He got 20-20 vision back." CLASSIC!
CRAFSMAN is the BOB ROSS of crafting.
Love that you keep the nature sounds in the background!
lol Well, when we hear more, we'll know CrafsMan's been busy. ; )
This might be my favourite character so far...I couldn’t help but feel sad for the little dude in his plastic prison gettin drowned.
His lil face was so sad through the cup!
free him !!!!!!!
those creatures are adorable, would love one with a mohawk.
This is the best UA-cam channel for so many reasons.
Happy mother's day Crafsmomma.
Crafsmama is the continuity queen! Happy Mother’s Day!
All you need are some black rimmed glasses and the crafsman can join a jazz band. 😎🎶
Perhaps painting the backside of the eyeballs with a bright metallic paint can create a more vibrant effect.
Absolutely! I just slapped on some yellow paint, but you can REALLY get creative here and even add some variation to the eyes. :D
Maybe some glow in the dark paint or even gitd duct tape which has a brighter longer lasting glow.
You could add more effects to the eyes by painting in layers. Paint some lines on it, let it dry, and then paint over that.
@@TheCrafsMan Absolutely. A nice coat of silver on the backs would really make them glow! 😁
Crafsman: -pours out thin sheet of silicone to peel just for fun- because I care

10:47 Ooo, does TheCrafsMan have a motorized camera slider? Nope, just gravity.
"Whats this thing doing?" Oh man, I laughed so hard my glasses fell off! I don't even know what it was, but I'm still laughing.
LOL! Glad you liked that! The round-nosed pliers I grabbed wouldn’t get hold of the wire like I wanted. 😂

The squeaky glove bit was funny. Thank you, Crafsman.

So darn wholesome the way you love Crasfmama 💜
I love the way you do your videos. You give it a child's curiosity with aged wisdom, very much like the life Jim Henson brought to his creations.

Loved the music you're adding in! It keeps getting better and better!

CrafsMan, you are a gem, I love your voice and spirit~ your creative spark and caring come through every single time. You're a gift, truly!
Not sure why but when you lifted the silicon from the cutting mat it was very satisfying...
I just stumbled upon your channel when I googled how to attach glass cabachons. Your voice is everything!!!!
Finally! I watched a video right after upload. Crafsman's hair and beard are gettin long during quarantine. His accent has gotten thicker.
These videos are such a happy part of the day for me. Thanks TheCrafsman!
you could also add a bit of tin/aluminium foil to the back of the eyes to keep the colour and give them some texture in the reflection :)
Or would the aluminium have the effect of inhibiting the cure??
you done it again CrafsMan. made me a little more happier
I love how your #quarantinebeard is growing over time like mine is.
I have my cornbread and milk ready. It's another episode of Crafsman Steady Craftin'! 👍
