Hi, could you please explain why you're opting for tight tubing in a Reverse Bowden setup? That link is for a 2mm ID.

I have some of the original dark blue Capricaorn tubing, can I use this with my X1C and AMS or is the inner diameter to small?

Bambulab's wiki page about mods does NOT recommend using capricorn tubing. You can get capricorn PTFE with a 3.0mm ID and a 4.0mm OD though. They also recommend only 2.5mm ID if replacing the AMS tubing as well.

      @@macdox69 Thanks!
I think I will save that OG Capricorn for my Bowden printers.
I still have the spare tubing that came with the AMS but considering I get errors for stuck filament quite regularly I will wait and see if I can solve the issue by trying to increase the radius of the bends before buying loads of 3mm ID Capricorn, I have already printed the top glass riser so the tube going to the hotend is no longer being squashed, but I am still getting the errors but not as frequent.

@@AndrewAHayes I purchased some of the larger Capricorn tubing for my P1S thinking it would be a QOL improvement before I saw Bambulab's recommendation against it. As I have no issues with my AMS, I'm holding off for now.
