    I used to take melatonin about 1 hour before bed. They help put you to sleep, but I'd wake up after about 1.5 hours of sleep. Ever since switching to THC gummies, I sleep better, drink less alcohol, and wake up without a hangover.🌿 Gummies for the win! 😁

    Yeah I’m going to pass on sleeping naked lol the best sleep I ever had was when I used to smoke the reefer…..now I don’t really have issues sleeping so I don’t take anything

    The other trick with Melatonin is not to take more than 5mg. Otherwise it really messes with your sleep

    Guys. It’s all about the Kirkland sleep aid. It’s the drowsy factor of Benadryl isolated. Knocks you out and keeps you out.

    I'd be curious how effective they can be over time. Or if your body becomes accustomed to them. Where maybe a variety or daily change up works.

    I can’t sleep nude. I can’t even sleep topless, it just feels weird & I get too cold during the night. I hate it.

      Yeah man, sleeping nude felt super weird to me. I know some folks that love it though. Different strokes for different folks I guess. 😉

      Gotta have at least the boxer briefs on for me. Usually with a tee or tank unless it’s real warm. I’ve taken magnesium glycinate usually at lunch. If I take it later, definitely feel the GI issues, so I’m with you there.

    @jeremySiers did you included your workouts. In your metrics. Hard leg day can give you dif numbers

      Leg day for sure affects my resting heart rate and HRV. Any hard workouts workout really, but hard leg day changes things the most. I tired to keep things pretty similar on the days I used for the scores. But it’s probably not perfect. 😎👍🏻

    I use melatonin on the regular to get to sleep. It doesn't keep you asleep or anything.. but helps me relax to fall asleep - which is my main problem. One that you missed is Ashwagandha (typically with black pepper), it's a daily thing to take before bed which an ex girlfriend swears by. I'm going to switch over from Melatonin and give it a go myself.

    For two decades while I was married (no kids), we slept in the buff happily like it was normal. Couldn't understand why you wouldn't. Now I have roommates and sleep in my drawers, for obvious reasons. I find it more restful without the wife, even if I'm keeping my drawers on now. :D GF nite FTW!

    You should have combined the magnesium, hot shower, and meditation to see if there are any compounding effects. Would have been interesting to see that data. Overall great video, like always!!

    My wife sleeps naked. But when I try to, I end up waking up in the middle of the night with a river of sweat between the cheeks and an uncomfortable draw to get my compression shorts back on. Must be all my body hair 🤔

    Honestly I make sure I at least get 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night and THC gummies have done wonders for me as far as sleep and waking up feeling good to take on the day also meditation videos at night
