Roughly speaking, which songs were in the second half?
A Beautiful Song, Kaine's Theme, Bipolar Nightmare, Weight of the World, Ashes of Dream English version, Emil's Theme. Somewhere along those lines. Someone will add if i missed any.
My original comment disappeared as soon as I posted it, so I'll repost. If this ends up being a duplicate, I'll delete this later.
I actually wrote down every single song that was played in the concert, and they're almost all versions from the three Orchestral Arrangement albums that have been released over the last few years. These are the NieR Gestalt & Replicant Orchestral Arrangement album, the NieR:Automata Orchestral Arrangement album, and the NieR Orchestral Arrangement - Addendum album. These can be purchased through Square Enix's online store, purchased through iTunes, or listened to on SoundCloud. They are NOT available anywhere on UA-cam, Apple Music or Spotify as far as I've found. But yeah, most of the songs I'll be listing will have 1:1 high quality recordings, the exact same version we heard at the 12024 End of Data concert.
I'll be listing track numbers for some of these, since the Replicant/Gestalt and Automata albums have their song titles in Japanese on SoundCloud.

The following are songs I know were played, but the version played at the concert is an entirely new version that is NOT present on any previously released album for the series.
- Fleeting Words
Closest versions to these are just Fleeting Words/Family and Fleeting Words/Outsider from the Replicant v1.22 soundtrack since they combined both of those versions of the song, it sounded like.
- Emil
Closest version to the one performed at the concert is "Emil" from the Addendum album, but it definitely isn't quite the same.
- Kaine
Closest version to the one performed at the concert is just Kaine/Escape from the Replicant v1.22 soundtrack, and again, definitely isn't quite the same.
- Forest Kingdom/Possessed by Disease
This was easily one of the best pieces of the night, and I think it took everyone who attended by surprise at just how good it sounded. It started off as Forest Kingdom and then flawlessly transitioned into Possessed by Disease about four minutes in. And while Possessed by Disease didn't have any of the percussion I was hoping it would, this entire 7 and a half minute long song was a nonstop ride. LUCKILY, someone did manage to record and upload a video of decent quality of this performance, minus a sip of a drink and someone talking for a second at one point. Won't share the link since I think that's what got my first comment auto removed, but you can find it uploaded under the user called "Riccy B" on here.

I'll edit this comment if someone finds any errors in my work, or if SqEnix pushes out a new album with any of the versions for Forest Kingdom/Possessed by Disease, Kaine, Emil, or Fleeting Words.

The last song in this recording is definitely Gods Bound By Rules. There’s a full audio recording someone else uploaded (I think the user is Riccy B) of Forest Kingdom + Possessed By Disease.
