Serral's New Strategy (clickbait explanation) - I've never seen Nydus like this as an actual travel/escape option for bases. Reminded me very much of Brood War style Zerg.
Dark also uses mass Nydus like a bullying tactic, but Serral as usual makes it look like the new standard procedure.

Used be the Zergs only option on island maps, Terrans would usually beat you too it, z building should crawl.
You can just build another nydus to feed a hatch cluster, and avoid xfers being detected, without immediately alerting them.
All nydus are equal now so you can't get your army trapped if they snipe the originating nydus, the whole network would collapse on your army if inside in wol, but I think you can still get out of the other end now, though it cannot respawn? Not sure.
Either way, Two is better than one, you can hit both sides of the map simultaneously, spread creep, and it's a really terrorizing sound effect.
I have seen it from Serral before, though he seems to be pretty much the only zerg who does it. I wouldnt be surprised if thats how the game developers imagined the nydus being used, when they implemented it, closer to its SC1 counterpart 🙂
Another little quirk of Serrals playstyle i have noticed over the last few months are his droppalords. I have seen a few games, where he just morphs around 5 or so, without using them, giving me the impression that, like with some techbuildings, he just builds them to have the quick option to use them if needed.
I'd call it more of a tactic than a strategy 🤓

6:36 I dunno. I used to do Oxy a lot while playing CSS, and it was undeniably a performance enhancer. It would give you the ability to have a razor sharp focus, concentration levels at maximum... Until you started coming down and nodding out. Though there was one time I killed like 6 other players while nodding out, so that was cool. I wouldn't have believed it happened myself, but I was pubbing and on Ventrilo with some of my CAL-M team at the time, so they all saw it lol. When I snapped out of my nod they were losing their minds. Apparently without my pesky "thinking" to get in the way of my reflexes, I could pop several heads in a second.
I imagine STIM is doing something similar.

It's kinda odd. It looks like Serral is playing quite a bit slower than in his "golden era" of 2018 & 2019, but somehow he is even more deadly. It's like he slowed down a bit to be a lot smoother, with great results.

Even as a Zerg I was kinda rooting for Cure here. Serral just seems so indomitable you can't help but cheer for the underdog. A tenacious one at that. Great game and great cast yet again.

i think stim packs would give you hyper focus like adderall to line up shots faster, otherwise you need longer to aim between bursts with a high recoil rifle in a bulky suit and tough to maneuver hand extensions

I always think produciton is better to take out against terran, Since it requires an scv to rebuild and rss, and time. and you do engage the army, so if yo uget a lot of produciton and some of the army, you can out produce and ahve a larger window and can then hit their economy harder... in a tiem response... and kill more scvs... money means nothing if yo ucan't keep your nubmers up

@@alltat If you look on Liquipedia, under 'Major Tournaments,' the last three tournaments have been won by 2 Zergs and 1 Toss (Dark, Serral, and Hero). Terran has won none of them.

super boring... Cure not going air against Roaches, Lings and Lurkers in the first game is incomprehensible... game was lost at 14 minutes... the next 15 were only delay
this game showed me it was wise for me to quit sc2. an utterly imbalanced game. ive been watching pro games for a year now and the amount of time terrans get away with misstakes is ridicilous. the things zerral has to show and do to remotly keep up with these terrans is a joke.

honestly Terran and Zerg are relatively close in powerlevel after that horrible patch earlier last year was mostly undone. (am a zerg player)
