@ lol no
@@JacobLozano-mr8ll You doubt it? Yes, the americans made something close to a plane, but they needed a CATAPULT to launch it. It couldn't fly by itself, so they did NOT invent the plane.
I can only imagine how Leonardo Da Vinci is going to be totally amazed at today's aviation technology if only he is around today.

Yeah I loved flying out of bounds with the pigeon lol
good vid, but you left out the event where a strange talking baby with a head shaped like a rugby-ball in strange clothing suddenly appeared before him to assassinate him and another baby of equal description prevented the assassination causing the two to engage in an epic battle across Italy with The Ornithopter and The Helical Air Screw.
Oh, and there's a dog in there somewhere.

Also. Where's Ezio Auditore? 😁
@Cpl. John Miller I know. I was just kidding.
@Cpl. John Miller It's alright. Actually, I have been inspired by history as a kid already. No games inspired me.
I love CoD and Ac series. I also played Age of Empires 2 as a kid.
Cool
Here
You know what’s also amazing besides his amazing artistic talents, he invented the...
The gun
The tank
The helicopter and many others
The British invented the tank in the first world war
liam breuner thanks, but yea there actually was a guy who tested the parachute and it was recorded. lemme go see if I can find the video. And yes that guy was very....misguided
Balrajda savage yes the British did make the tank but I’m assuming they got the idea from Da Vinci’s armored car my mistake
liam breuner here’s the video ua-cam.com/video/KJvgSXSwNY4/v-deo.html
liam breuner what do you mean by turtles
oh my god . tomorrow morning i will go to an exhibition about leonardo da vinci... what a coincidence

nice video and I like how you advertise always at the end.
Please make another one about Da Vincis machines like the wooden tank round thing or the boat with powerful arrow fire-machinegun
We need more Da Vinci content. ❤
The Ornithopter reminds me of Assassins Creed 2 when Ezio Auditore have a test flight of it...
you are making these videos really fast! nice!
Love your video
Screw legs I want wings.
How to you land without legs though?
@@DivingHawker Just need a bit of time and creativity and it will work.

I went to the davinci exhibit in the denver museum, and there its shown how he also worked on military engineering projects, including interestingly multiple types of mobile bridges, ladders, and so on.
He also invented many things that people take for granted, such as ball bearings and other obscure but unfathomably important and widespread engineering devices that are still used to this day.
Your videos are soo good animated, good quality
Hi Simple History! I love your videos and I was wondering, Could you make a few videos on Ancient Greece?
Leonardo Davinci: *has idea’s*
Other inventors: it’s free real estate
Such an amazing man, bound by the technology and environment of his time...
like telsa, telsa had ideas that we still have not completed yet
Love ya vids!
Ornithopters actually work, using modern materials and a larger wingspan. Also for takeoff one would need to jump from some height to generate lift, or get running fast enough ( horses pulling a chariot fast ). The parachute however worked as intended
Imagine how different the world would be if these worked
Well for everyone wondering why he didnt make them is cuz it was way too advanced
Oh yeah yeah my brother
I subscribed. Oh yeah yeah
He had no external power. ie...motor.
Wonderful graphics!
Love ur vids
Davinci s machine was tested by a man called Ezio Auditore between 1490 to 1500 in Florence in Italia and it worked if u don t trust me go check Assassin s creed Animus
Your welcome
He’s an interesting man
I love how when he draws his pencil goes throw his hand... Lol

Thank you, you too.

thanks you,ALL of you !
I think you mean good night for me

Very simplistic. Leonardo'studies are much deeper, including the fixed wing and the basis for the lift of the wing.

I learned a lot more from you guys on these videos that they showed me at school....
nice video keep it going
Many people dont know this, but Da Vinci was also a member of a secret society called the Priory Of Sion and was a Priory Grandmaster for 5 years
Legend says he created a U.F.O.
Oh and one more thing.
Oh yeah yeah.
Bill Christian Cedeño oh no no
One time I actually flew Leonardo da Vinci's flying machine with Leonardo in Venice.
That was the time when I played as Ezio Auditore in AC2. Ahh... good old times.
I met him when I was traveling through time in Poptropica
and....... he everyone think that he's part of illuminati
Oh, yeah, one of my favorite missions in AC2.
Good old times, no bugs at that time.

HEY GOOGLE,

THE ARMAGGEDON OF TRIHARDS
Note: Da Vincis inventions ALWAYS included a flaw, so that no one could copy him successfully
For as regards the helicopter prototype, new researches have actually demonstrated that the device had to work with a spring and not directly with the men twisting the cranks.
Fun Fact: Abbas ibn Firnas actually made the flying machine. Firnas was the first man to fly successfully.
When youre kinda early, but cant think of a good comment.

I will help you to be on the top.
Relatable.
Now that you've made a video on the Me 262, can you do the Gloster Meteor and Lockheed Shooting Star?
I learned about Leonardo Da Vinci at my High School. He was pretty good at art and inventions
Does anybody know the name of the soundtrack in this video? I was looking for it for like 2 years. Would really appreciate it, thanks.
That music is soothing.
They actually had a history channel special where they recreated some of his inventions and his parachute actually worked.
He was so ahead of his time. He was promoting website making tools back in the 15th century
Nice Video
this is so helpful for my schoolwork
Please do operation Barbarossa next :)
Can you cover his other inventions?
Can you do a video about the Italian unification?
I wonder if you made a more feather-like wings if the Ornothopter could take off. Instead of pulley systems have it sorta like a wing suit. You won't take off, you'd need to be high of the ground to start, and it wouldn't be as affective or as graceful as birds, but it might just be crazy enough to work. If you can produce enough wind with some flaps, had the wings controllable enough to do so several times and have practice, could work
Master of art and technology
I made a miniture helical air screw at my school
0:46 that exists in the bedrock edition map "Relics of the Skies", only that it is motorized
Pretty interesting designs .
Do a video on the Da Vinci tank next.
The operators of the air screw would probably get tired quickly as well
You guys should make more Renaissance videos
You should do a video about Louis zamperini
He also designed these tank like armored vehicles equipped with cannons and chariots with spinning blades
Hey simple history can you do a video about the Remagen Bridge from WW2?
Can you do history of Pennsylvania miners who survive on 77 hours in mine 2003 and history of The 33(Chile miners) who survive on 69 days in mines?
