These are nice Patrick! Love the embeds for the cactus soap. I am sure it feels amazing on the skin and nourshing too! Have a bless evening! 🙏👍👍👍✝️🤗🌿🌵🌵🏜️🏜️ I am glad you are still here and take care.💞
I love the vibrancy & color of those pretty yellow cactus flowers. One of the things I really enjoy is ur creativeness & use of the truly natural gifts from nature found growing around you! Another thing that I love about you is that you show us that not all beneficial soap ingredients have to be purchased. It's very inspiring. Mahalo nui loa for taking us on another adventure! Aloha nui!
💖💞So very nice Patrick. I just love all your soaps and the fact you get so creative with all the natural botanicals and herbs and natural things that grow close to you and incorporate them into tour soaps!
Another amazing 🧼 👏 Awesome job it’s just like using aloe vera it’s in the cactus family check this is delicious prepared in so many ways The soap is so pretty the flowers on top is So so perfect nicely done Patrick
Wow that is really a nice soap. I would never have thought of using cactus in soap. Another use for the ones in my Mom's yard. Well done Patrick. Take care
Another beautiful creation! I so look forward to your videos and your uplifting narration. And I must tell you that I am using the Manuka salve on my hand after having surgery. I’m still healing so it is sore and the salve helps elevate some of that soreness. And the fowerganza soap...I’m in love! And I’m not trying to fluff you up, it is so darn creamy and showering is what I imagine a spa experience to be. I make soap as a hobby, but Patrick this was way better than what I have made. Thanks for sharing your creations! 🌸❤️🌸
your cactus soap came out so nice Patrick! Very good use of things on your property always :D It's awesome looking and I bet very nourishing for the skin too.
Just perfect, wow, love it , I have everything in my garden, however I do not have a juice device😮, but I do have a regular blender and a stick blender, can I use these? Also no peeling the coctus is necessary ? Thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful video😊
I love this! This one took me by surprise. I know prickly pear fruits could be eaten and they flower this beautifully but I didn't know cacti were good for your skin. Is the alkanet really dissolved in alcohol and not in oil? I really liked the effect it gave to the soap. In the end all the colours were quite muted - more liked a cooked cactus and the m&p fitted in nicely. I loved this.
Hi Irene, yes I did dissolve it in alcohol, it allows me to add the color at full strength, allowing the alcohol to evaporate off, thus not adding to water weight. Thanks so much
listening to you is like listening to Bob Ross!!! I cut my prickly pear cactus & juiced it with tongs. I did not know about putting them in the oven. Looks Great!
Prickly pear yum, I remember eating these as a child and those tiny spines were murder on the tongue. Here in Australia prickly pear is a weed and is eradicated by the local councils. Now a comment on the soap, all I can say is it looks amazing, I can imagine the creamy suds from that wonderful soap.
Paula, I had no idea it was such a weed there, I can imagine its a job controlling it, here it's pretty easy to control, it does not like winter and the goats a bit rough on it too. Thanks as always
Ahh the blessed goats, if there’s a weed they will devour it. And then they present us with the most amazing products, milk, meat and with angoras that divine fleece to spin. Goats are one of my favourite farm animals even though they are the most annoying escape artists but loveable.
That looks awesome. Gorgeous job🌵 I have some fruit in the freezer but now I will have to try juicing the plant. That stuff looks really interesting. Luckily they sell them in the Asian grocery store here.
Just wondering Patrick do you have any more of this soap available I would like to get some it is amazing and that was wondering this cactus that you have that is so beautiful I'm in love with the flower as well would you be able to send me a piece so I can grow some myself I will pay you for it please please please please🤗🙃😬😇💚💛💛💚💛

Oh my awesome. This is another soap I plan to try. We don't have cactus were I live.

Thanks Renee, this was initially going to be my collaboration soap, but I was not happy with the flowers, so redoing :)
You wouldn't have needed to do it over, this was very nice.

Hello I just ran across your video and I love it,but can you tell me what kind of alcohol did you used and did you cover it for 30 days?
Hi there welcome, forgive me this is a video I did a few years ago can you clarify what you're referring to about alcohol?
@@SoapyOaksFarm hi Patrick, yes did you used 90%isopropyl alcohol and did you cover it with the lid for 30 day?
Hi Patrick I guest what I wanted to know was did you used only alcohol or did you used alcohol and olive oil to infuse the alkanet ? Thanks
Another beautiful creation! I so look forward to your videos and your uplifting narration. And I must tell you that I am using the Manuka salve on my hand after having surgery. Rita, you are too kind. I am so happy to hear you are healing, but I am sorry you are dealing with pain, big hugs and hopefully you are doing better.
I always wondered if you could use prickly pear like you use aloe
It's a great compliment to Aloe, they work so well together
Oh Patrick! Amazing soap 🌻 back in the Az past, I would make Prickly Pear Jelly and syrup- love it! Great video as always, sending a big hug dear one!
Patti, that sounds delicious, thanks so much

Hi Ella, no issue with bleeding, though I did not use very much. Thanks so much for visting

Oops forgot to ask, these are cooked before blending correct?😊
Green Goo monster transforms into beautiful soap!
Ha, you said it green slime on the move, thanks Jen
Hey Pat, does your mind ever rest? That is a great idea and I am really impressed
Thank you kind sir, I appreciate it
Lovely :) btw I am considering buying a few of those loaf molds. How many bars do u get out of it cut a descent size?
That is fully dependent on how full you fill the mold and the size you cut them. if you cut 1" you should get 11 bars

I loove cactuses! What part of the US do you live in that prickly pears grow in the wild?
Hi there, I am in Northeast Texas, about 1 hour from Oklahoma/Arkansas/Louisiana depending on direction I drive. Thanks so much for being here
That looks awesome. Gorgeous job🌵 I have some fruit in the freezer but now I will have to try juicing the plant. That stuff looks really interesting. Luckily they sell them in the Asian grocery store here.
Well that's terrific Jen, I really enjoy using it too

Very interesting. To bad but no cactus here in Canada lol
Thank you Line, I hear you, but you have lovely maples, you can do so much with them.
I never thought of using my cactus for soap. Mine won’t bloom until late June or early July 😳
Donna, aren't they fun to grow, I just love them
Hey patric
