Nicely explained, I have 5 cases under this act I am plantiff my cases are going past from 5years. Due to this delays and adjournment I wrote 5 letters to CJI Ramana copy to President of India, PM office and to central law minister no reply from them. As a citizen I found judiciary is failed and unprofessional system advocates get his fees and judges get their monthly payments and all other facilities on tax payers money so no point in making this act I planned to make my death note and plan to make CJI as responsible for my death because Apex court has no responsibility

Can dispute on MOU made between the parties before actual agreements mentioned under the definition of 'commercial disputes' under commercial courts act, come under the purview of commercial courts act?

When we cannot reform individual acts connected to all the disputes mentioned under the definition of 'commercial disputes'.
Why do we need a separate act?
Why do we need more and more courts and tribunals?
How this is solving pendency of cases issue at hand?
    Think.

It's not TRUE, judges have always take care of all old cases and endeavour to decide them on priority.

The question of first lady was very irrelevant to the topic of discussion
