The thing that makes her incredible and puts her in the company of someone like Lucille Ball (I'm not saying she's at her level, just similar) is the ability of making herself look silly. Letting go of her looks, so to speak, to make a scene funny. I've noticed that it's a quality not a lot of actresses (in particular) have. But Julia seems to want to do anything to make herself or a scene the funniest it could be. Regardless of how she looks or acts. It's an amazing thing to watch.
Veep is extraordinary.
I loved Seinfeld but absolutely adore her in New Adventures of Old Christine and watch marathons of it till the wee hours of the morning on TV Land.
