2 eggs.
100 grams of sugar.
70 ml (1/3 cup) sunflower oil.
100 ml of milk.
Flour 160 grams + vanilla + 10 grams of baking powder.
Grease the 20 cm form.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

I've found that rice flour has the best consistency for making gluten-free cakes!! It gives the cake great hold, but it's also light.
