My favorite was the mantle with the blue. Gorgeous!! I can't pick a favorite of the trays as I really liked them all. I agree, too much furniture is not the way to go!!

I use narrow long pillows for the chairs as in for lumbar support. I also don't chop my pillows because it makes them look like a fortune cookie and tacky, like they aren't quite plump enough.

I also love to put tassels (the ones you can buy to pull back curtains) around vases or gingerjars. Sometimes I use ribbons and brooches. Or costumejewellry earclips or necklaces. Also nice to bring in different levels of hight: Flip a beautiful drinkinglass with a stem (like champagne glass) and put a small bowl or pumpkin on the top.

Your home is beautiful! Love the various trays and how you styled each of them. The fireplace mantels are so pretty. Knowing how to place furniture has always been a problem at our house. My husband the engineer wants to square everything and place items against the walls. I'm the right brained, asymmetrical, get away from the walls type. He's measuring and I'm eyeballing. 35 years and counting. ;) Your videos are always inspirational.
