    Great movement. Don’t sleep on the basics. You can achieve an amazing conditioning workout with just this move.

    I love this rope! I used it today for the first time working out and it got my heart rate up much more than I thought it would just doing this one drill! I'm excited and can't wait to learn more patterns. Thank you!

    Just curious, can you add skipping to RMT flow exercises?

      I think you need a skipping rope for that, because the flow rope is kind of heavy it would be rather tiring and slow ... It's usually... Different exercises with a different sort of rope.
