Dr reyes I do this exercises everyday grabe tagaktak pawis ko kasi d nga po ako nakakalakad NG matagal at tumayo NG matagal at napansin ko less than a week palang may improvement na ang osteo ko nakakatulog na ako kahit paano sa Gabi dati po hirap ako Lalo. Pag naulan minsan magdamag d ako makatulog, salamat Dr reyes 🙏 na mawala PA to 60 yrs old po ako, salamat at God bless po

I am an asthmatic senior but when I start joining your exercises I began to feel better now...Hope I can have one exercise of the lungs/weak lung/ asthmatic from you so I can relied on to help me live a normal life... Good afternoon Doc Jun.! Bago lang po ako naka subscribed sa inyong channel dito sa UA-cam at sa Fb page dahil itinuro po kayo sakin ng aking kaibigan. Ako po ay may roong OSTEOPOROSIS at nag umpisa itong sakit ko last December 2020 po mahigit 1year ko na po itong tinitiis. Nakapag patheraphy na po ako sa isang clinic dito sa Manila pero tumigil po ako dahil bukod sa mahal ang bayad akolng po ang hinahayaan nilang gumawa ng manual exercise dahil po takot yata silang tulungan ako paghawak dahil po sa covid. Kaya after 1 month ng session ko hindi na po ako bumalik doon. At ako nlang gumagawa ng manual exercise ko sa bahay 3x a week. Pero lumilipas na po ang 1year mula nag manual exercise po ako masakit parin ang spinal bones ko sa may bandang pinakagitna ng baywang ko dahil sabi ng doktor ko sa aking laboratory may nerve daw po na ipit sa aking likurang bahagi ng baywang. At sa aking rightside hips meron daw po akong broken bones. Kaya malaking pasalamat ko po sa aking kaibigan at itinuro po kayo sakin na manood ng inyong mga vedios para madagdagan po ang aking exercise po sa araw araw. Maraming salamat po Doc Jun. Sana more vedios pa po ang aking mapapanood galing sa inyo.❤️❤️❤️God bless you always 🙏🙏🙏
