I know what you mean. Reminds me of my cousin's dairy farm near Cranage - although it's interrupted by the M6 these days! That said, the tractors were all cabless Masseys and David Browns.
Hey FSG, to help with those mowers drive the first headland clockwise (mower in) and later you mow the part where the tractor drove, thats how I, my brother and dad did it IRL. i find it helps with accuracy on the edge of the field.
i was hoping you'd dive in and here we are, real old skool indeed , reliving happy summers running about in a 7810 we stuck a blower on and charging about with a wheelieing 135 with lacto additive for the drag chop. Jings a nearly got my drum ut for the tunes too , excellent run lad am keen for more cheers.
for those side mowers on courseplay you need to be in advanced setting mode, manually adjust the offset of the tool and reduce the field size in the settings (you lose a little bit of the headland but you can just tidy it manually), also love seeing realistic gameplay!!, much better than other youtubers i shall not name, you and daggerwin are currently the best farm sim youtubers about 😁
That's a lovely map. I'm looking so much forward to try it out as soon it's being released. Thank you for sharing this series with us - I enjoyed the first episode very much.
I really do love this style of game play, and this is a beautiful map, for this series. Really looking forward to see how this series comes along. Nice job FSG ! We are WATCHING YOU !👀
FSG, love the look of this map. Looking forward to following you along. Might it be possible to connect the bale trailer to to the weight when it is on the tractor? The trailer appears to have a pintle hitch that will sometimes connect to rear weights. Cheers and happy baling.
This map and series look fantastic, and I can't wait to see more! However, I also feel your pain on that mower; it's always the first thing I replace when starting a new series. Keep up the good work!
I'm sure you've realised that the viewers couldn't hear a word you were saying when the music was playing!! Very pretty map though, reminds me of the rolling hills of my home county of Devon. Thanks FSG, great to see a nice normal farming series again.
Beautiful map! Can’t wait until it’s released. It reminds me of your series from FS19… the small Irish cow farm you had (can’t remember the name of the map).
When starting to mow the field you should have the tractor on the side of the headge and go round clockwise then at the end you should cut the swath round the field anticlockwise
Nice first episode FSG this looks like it is going to be a great series cough, cough about the sound but very good keep up with the great work as always 👏👏👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I used to live and work in Ireland long time ago for two years and i loved it, btw Did you know that even on larger meadows, the headland is often done with a small windrower before bringin out the bigger windrower. Another btw, map ssems fine for Vermeer package
@@TheFarmSimGuy Funny Sidefact,i learned it from another streamer on Twitch, i guess it was AgrarPlay, a realistic streamer. They use it just to get clear from the hedges or forest and then you can use 15 m windwower without any problems
Interesting series I'm hooked. Just an FYI you may be able to hook the trailer to the weight on the back of the tractor if it has a pin looking attachment on the other side of the weight. I know in previous fs games it was possible maybe try it and see.
This map is beautiful. I'm gonna have to finally get this on my PC lol I haven't yet because I been fine playing FS on my Xbox series x but I need to play this map it's perfect for me I love grass work and doing silage and such and doing that in Ireland sounds ideal 🤟🏻
Slàinte, mate! 😉 It's really a wonderful map! Just too bad that I already got so many maps that I can play FS to the moon and back. Thanks a lot for showing! 😊👍🏻
Really enjoyed that, the dairy herd would need to double in size, & put out to pasture, o that bale grabber, is the wrong implement, for pickin up wraped bales , that 1 would make holes in them
Dec. 18, 2022 Mr. FSG, what a pretty map!!! I love your music choices. If this reminds you of "home", all I can say is you lived in an absolutely gorgeous place.😀 This series looks like it's going to be a bit different and I like that. Of course, I like EVERYTHING you do. 💛 I'm looking forward to the next episode. Take care sir and Thank you.

@@TheFarmSimGuy thanks so much for a lovely Reply. I don't remember seeing it in your first episode of the series. I love your equipment you've chosen for this map. Would you have. a list of what you use id like to do something similar? As your equipment seems ideal for this map. Thank you.
Would this map be for all platforms? Either way it's a beautiful map ,we'll detailed and great animations. Look forward to watching this series 😀 you play like I do big fields and equipment, but sometimes you just want a well done map for smaller equipment. Awesome
Great video but it seems that the music is a little loud. Don't have a computer so I watch you and others so thank u for making the videos. Hope u have more of the surviving whyoming
The cello player from ELO was unfortunately killed when a round bale rolled off a field and landed on the roof of his vehicle. A totally freak accident but they happen.
@The FarmSim Guy Have you had any problems with buying balers in multiple player and the game starts lagging and your character has super speed asking bc it is really annoying??
@@TheFarmSimGuy in real life you would do 3 headlands and go around and mow where you drove on the first headland normally because the grass is full of rocks and not a tall crop
Apologies folks, I missed an audio edit in the middle so the music for the timelapse comes in to early, I wasn't saying anything interesting anyway 🤣
An Irish map that actually looks like Ireland, and its a sunny too! Looking forward to its release.

Beautiful map. Please keep this series going . It is a nice change of pace from the big equipment maps. Great job!!
Yeah I agree red, really enjoying the change of pace
Really looking forward to following along with this series. Even though I am from the states I do love some small British/Irish farming!
Nice, pleased to hear it! 🙂
As an Irish farmer I must say this is very accurate
A bit late to watching this series but here goes, thank you FSGuy :)
No worries at all Neil, enjoy

Beautiful map, great music. Really enjoy this type of game play, more relatable for where I live in Tasmania, loads of dairy, grass work etc.
Nice, glad you like it, definitely feels like a nice change of pace
The GMD 4411 mower needs an offset = to width to left I believe. Very good video. Enjoyed very much.

Thanks man! much appreciated
loving this series already Do we know if its planned as a MH release as and when?
you know its a FSG series based purely on the music 10/10 sir!
All depends on the Giants approval process if it makes it to modhub, but the modder is going to try and submit it I believe
@@TheFarmSimGuy this is great news Fingers crossed Giants make the right decision :) it looks fantastic!
The mc hale fusion you see all the time in Ireland my da has three of them
Nice, great balers
On the first headland always drive next the hedge
You need the "Automatic unload for bale wrappers v2.0" mod.
Your just like me the more space the better and the bigger equipment idk how you play on eu maps i can't bc i like big roads and wide open fields
I'm a big fan of small UK/European farms too
The cello player from ELO was unfortunately killed when a round bale rolled off a field and landed on the roof of his vehicle. A totally freak accident but they happen.
Jeez that’s right I remember that!
I knew the family very well of the lad who dropped the bale. It had terrible consequences and affects on them.
Ooo nice...that baler maks the silage sausage and single bales won't be recognised by autoload trailers
@The FarmSim Guy Have you had any problems with buying balers in multiple player and the game starts lagging and your character has super speed asking bc it is really annoying??
I can’t say I’ve come across that issue before. Try it with no mods and if it works then it’s likely some sort of weird mod clash
Brilliant 👏 when is map out?
Same as with any mod, no date, just wherever it’s ready
Looks unreal guys. Will it be coming to ps4 /5 ?
Possibly in the future, all depends if they decide to submit it but it would require some changes
Good stuff, music a tad loud when you are commentating over it. Otherwise top-notch as usual.
Yeah I messed up there in the middle
Would this map be on console? That Ford is an amazing. Can’t wait for the best episode. :D
Potentially, if Giants approve it
Go the other way around the field when mowing
Why is that a Patrick? Wouldn’t I miss a huge chunk of the headlands?

What's the name of the Land for Ireland I am playing it on Xbox One
How do you remove the in game cursor? Looks so much more aesthetically pleasing. Enjoyed the video. 👍
Use the hide HUD mod, it’s great 👍
Can you tell me where the Mc Hale bailer is? I cannot find it on your downloads on on Farming Modhub and I would love to get it.
It's not a modhub mod becuase it's not officially licensed
17:19 typical Irish blaring music over the Cestrian trying to talk.
😂😂
Is it a part of the map that there is tall grass??
Yes 👍
