You need to present pain before you present value, build the problem then give the solution then pullback
It’s tough talking to somebody through the door, there’s just a dynamic there that I don’t like. Sometimes it works, but I try to get them to open up the door by stepping back and asking them “can you hear me alright?” ( usually they can’t and will open the door to hear you, it won’t work every time). Sometimes you have to say it a couple times and they will step out as long as you give them distance. You are a great salesperson and you come off as trustworthy but let them come to you as well
Nothing wrong there. Good tonality, good energy, clear and direct. I see you pushed it for the sake of the video but I’d have asked if the husband was there and immediately and try to reschedule a better time for me to speak to him since he’s probably your best bet since he was interested and most likely the main decision maker. But still you did good kinda sparking her curiosity. I Would have closed the appointment time once she asked the first buying question. Setters sell the appointment, not solar. Good job though man. 👍🏼

He brought up objections that she didn’t even mention. Like where he said “a lot of people think they are ugly”. He smoke screened himself

Because you asked - I would have stood back further before the convo began and hold my ground (i stand pretty far back so they come outside). The glass door was the killer
If you owned the panels then it’s not a PPA/lease and there is upfront cost.
I work as a solar rep like snapper, this is not the case in some states like Washington people can qualify for no upfront cost and just redirect their power bill

@@MrCleanEnergy12that’s how it works everywhere and almost always has. The fact that some people still think solar has any upfront costs prove they know nothing about it and that they’re talking out of fear not a place of understanding. Whether in a comments section like this or on your door don’t even bother talking to these types of people. Can’t fix stupid
