No need of varnish, you can clean the dust with wet cloth.

I tried using this method. Bought all the items and tried painting a small table to see if that works.
180 grit sand paper
White satin paint glossy
Primer
I painted it last night and kept for drying for almost 7-8 hours now.
1. The paint feels very sticky - how can we fix it.
2. I have 6 pets at my place and that table all the pet hairs on it. I assumed that it won't have hairs on it atleast once its dried completely.
3. Since we are using primer and oil paint what can we use to clean the brush and roller and to get rid of paint from hands and floor.

About your question
1. The drying time varies depending on weather conditions but if you leave it for 3 days it will dry completely. And you will no longer feel sticky
2. When the paint is wet you have to take care of dust and pet hair so not to stick on the paint.
3. To remove paint from brush and roller and hands, you must use turpentine oil

Your white paint is oil based or water based ? And how u cleaned ur roller.
Oil based, roller should be cleaned with turpentine oil

It has satin finish, and as I did primer so paint doesn’t peel off

Yes depend on consistency I have added thinner in paint , and glad to know you liked my video
How to maintain this paint? What can be used as top coat?
No topcoat needed it’s a oil based paint
have you done anything after second coat of colour or its just second coat makes it looks like this
This finish you will get after 2nd coat only the paint is satin finish so looks beautiful
