Honest opinion I have one of those machines also mine only last for 3 days and all of a sudden it didn't want to make any more ice whatsoever and It overheats and you're wasting a lot electric too because I check my electric bill it's not worth it I mean it could be worth it on a trailer park thing yes but not in a house use the refrigerator for ice cubes in the freezer sorry I rather use the old ice cube trays that are metal and that last longer at home I know it's easier said than done doing an old fashioned way or you could just freeze a whole thing of plastic cup in the freezer and there you go you got a whole Ice Cube that will last for a little while at least but spend your money wisely you could try what he said or do it your own way I'm just giving my reference about this product I think they just want to get people's money honestly another way to get more ice just go to a fast food place that has ice machine and get ice from there or or 7-Eleven and there you go you got iced when you get a drink used the 7-Eleven app in from the app store on the phone and I'm sure you get like a free drink when you first join just redeem the drinks depends on the size but you know what is better to save😉🌺
