" IOD" says to seal before transfer ...it adheres better.
these are Dixie Belle transfers no need to seal. Silk Paint has a built in topcoat as well.

I like the new transfers look! I know I like all the colors and embellishments but sometimes that not what buyers are looking for. Therefore, I have a difficult time choosing my paint color and any extras. I hate staying neutral. 😔

How long do you allow dry time before the next layer?
For paint? Yes. Silk requires about two hours in between coats.
