I work night shift so I have to sleep during the day, which is especially hard during summer months because people are outside mowing, kids playing, dogs barking, etc. I've been using this video to drown out that noise and I've slept better than I have in a long time. Thank you for this 🙏

I have ADHD and I’ve discovered that different types of white noise can help focus my mind to not run at 1000 thoughts a second so I decided to try different versions of it. This specific video has helped me to read so many books that ordinarily I couldn’t stay focused on, so easily. Thank you so much and I will keep using this to help me focus!
Thank you for this it actually helps me sleep even though my have my own box fan I blast this at full volume while my box fan is going and it’s amazing. I have trouble sleeping as you can tell it’s 4:30 Am for me right now and this just saved my life once again. About the 5th night so far I have listened to this.

Matt I am completely confused as to why so many people say this is a good video and it keeps them asleep for 10 hours. Or even 3 for that matter.... because that is when the advertisement kicks in and will blast you out of your sleep. I just cannot understand why someone who makes a relaxing sleep video would have an advertiser come on in the middle of it. I know the people who make these videos have control over when advertisements come on.
i literally love these because it fully captures the true feeling of the tingles you get from the box fan. it gives me nostalgia bc my grandma practically raised me and growing up we would sleep in this big bed in the back bedroom and she had this fan and it was the perfect white noise like amazing. it gave you chills and just put you right to sleep and the room was always pitch black in a comfortable way. this is the only video i’ve found (and i’ve looked all over) that gives me the same feelings as my grandmas. i use it all the time. truly amazing work randall!!!
I’ve been sleeping to this for probably about 4 years now most nights after my fan broke one night, even with a fan now i still sleep with this sound in my headphones you a real one for this 😂
Finally.! I was laying here seriously getting mad that I've visited 9 videos and not a one sounded remotely like my fan that I have running now. I don't like sleeping without my fan on (something about the noise) but it's been cold lately not really a problem but it's been cold and I'm catching a cold not to mention my job requires me to be outside half the time in any form of weather. So it's been raining, extremely windy, and cold outside. And with me starting to feel under the weather( literally)having the fan on is becoming a problem. This is the closest I'll get to the sound of my fan I'm extremely happy I've come across it.

Same! I travel for work and spend every night in a hotel. I used to lug my big fan around everywhere I went but I hated it. Then I found this! I just put it on as loud as it can go and it drowns out all the other guests in the hotel! I love it!! Sometimes I put my Bluetooth headphones on and it seriously sounds like the actual fan is there with me. It's great!

Randell have not had a good night sleep in years was a over the road trucker for 36 years had 2 - 20 inch on truck always one in face other in window drawing night air in so I could.... with my small fan and headphones on your vids having to sleep in recliner is so much easier .... You put a lot of work into testing out all the different fans, the number of fans, you consider that we'd be better off with a black screen, and the longer duration of the video so it doesn't stop after 3 hrs. It means a lot to me that you and other UA-camrs take the time to make these. I have a white noise machine at home but whenever I'm traveling or visiting friends, my parents, or other family, I NEED to have my white noise to sleep and you really come through. I think box fans, specifically, work so well for me because we were quite poor in my childhood and box fans were all we had to cool off. So it’s soothing to me in a special sort of way.

I was in a severe head on collision I broke my hip arm and heel was smashed all on right side but the worst news was my siatic nerve was severed I had emg results were no connection dr said I have 5 percent chance of ever getting better😢 so everything from knee down is numb and tingly and the shooting pain is indescribable so you can imagine my sleep I got on this channel and was blown away I use this every night thank you much for doing this you are awesome 😎

I first discovered this video May 23, 2020… and have listened to it every time I sleep since. I’ve conditioned myself to it; which means I have AMAZING sleep when I play it but not-so-great sleep when I don’t. Anyway, here’s to over 4 years! 🥂
Sure, it feels great to be able to fall asleep to the sound. But then you will be jolted awake shortly afterward in the middle of the video when an advertisement blasts into your ear at full volume. This is just sadistic!!
I often need head phones/white noise to stay focused at work or to study. I've tried other 'study with me' videos but they just don't cut it for me. Therefore I default to Randall's Relaxation. This channel is perfect for me at night and during the day. Thanks again Randall!🤓

just stumbled across this before going to sleep in my bed. saving this for when i'll need it. white noise- especially the box fan- is really crucial for my wellbeing at night as i have a bundle of mental illnesses that prevent me from staying calm as i sleep. this *really* helps, thank you ❤

I was in a severe head on collision I broke my hip arm and heel was smashed all on right side but the worst news was my siatic nerve was severed I had emg results were no connection dr said I have 5 percent chance of ever getting better😢 so everything from knee down is numb and tingly and the shooting pain is indescribable so you can imagine my sleep I got on this channel and was blown away I use this every night thank you much for doing this you are awesome 😎

Sure, it feels great to be able to fall asleep to the sound. But then you will be jolted awake shortly afterward in the middle of the video when an advertisement blasts into your ear at full volume. This is just sadistic!!

I often need head phones/white noise to stay focused at work or to study. I've tried other 'study with me' videos but they just don't cut it for me. Therefore I default to Randall's Relaxation. This channel is perfect for me at night and during the day.
