  • Peanut butter has many health benefits and will lower your glucose levels, A1C, Insulin Resistance, Bad Cholesterol and Triglycerides. Always look for peanut butter that contains only peanuts. Avoid peanut butter that includes added sugars and hydrogenated oils.
According to the researchers, who report their findings in the current issue of the Journal of Nutrition, eating peanuts can keep the cells that line the arteries healthy, helping them stay more elastic and flexible. Peanuts improve your total Cardiovascular Health and can lower Blood Pressure.

quick back story...I'm 66, COPD, spent 6 weeks last year in ICU on a ventilator was declared 3 times. wasn't gonna give up. got released from hospital 2 and half weeks early, back to work as a professional driver 7 weeks later after independent certification of abilities. I'm a cranky ole cynic. Came across your videos about 5 months ago and breezed past then thinking it's another one of THOSE people. BUT, there was a little voice in the back of my noggin. Came across your videos again a week ago...and started making notes...the went to the grocery store and got some fresh thyme, oregano and ginger...some dandelion root tea, some honey, humeric, cumin, green tea and lemon. that all goes into the morter and pestel then once pasted nicely added to a pot with my mug of water and simmered for 12 minutes...timed by Alexa (she says hi every time I set the timer) then in sets in the pot steeping for 7 minutes with the teas added. strained and into my cup with a teaspoon of honey and I sip. Been doing this about 5 days now. I heavy pressure in my chest is down about 50%. In a low activity situation or no activity I breathe perfectly well and blood oxygen is averaging 92%. ( they want me between 88 and 92, I retain CO2). Activity...I can go up a flight of stairs and not be out of breath, I can snow blow the driveway and not have to pause 10 times to catch my breath. The phlegm ...well that was a struggle most times to clear...sometimes it's still a fight but the frequency is down by about 30%.
I have a few goals to achieve with the knowledge you've shared. I'm still a cynic but you. may well have started the path for that to change. Regardless, it must be said... Thank you for your time and apparent sincerity....Thank you

@phochmann...So, fresh thyme, fresh ginger, fresh turmeric + dried oregano +cumin powder + lemon (whole & peeled)? ALL in your mortar & pestled. In pot simmering for 12 mins, then pot off stove & add dandelion + green OR black tea to steep for 7 mins. Add honey if desired after strained. Did I get this right? THANK YOU if U do reply AND CONGRATULATIONS on your new healthy lifestyle 👍👍😊🤎

@@ponysart6078 the cumin and tumeric are not fresh. squeeze half a lemon into the pestle. once ground to a coarse paste into a pot with a mug of water just simmering for 12 minutes. Great information ‼️ I eat p-butter everyday and in between meals. I never thought to put it in smoothies 🆒 Looking forward to making p-butter cookies. I love celery with p-butter on it. Good snack for children❗ Thanks

Thsts good news. I love peanut butter.
I have one teaspoon daily. 1 tablespoon looks like its to much. I just found out I'm prediabetic. Trying to find out what I can and can't eat. Nice to know I can increase my peanut butter.
