for people who don't understand Hindi: he said: take some rice flakes and then warm it up to release moisture then use a blender to blend it once you do that use a sieve to remove hard pieces then take the sieved result and put it in the blender then add some gram flour and blend them together ----and just like that you got the formula!( I know most of the people here understand Hindi but I saw some people in the comments asking for translating em so I thought I should do that :)
