Hydraulic failure resulting in a belly land then nose gear collapses after touchdown (mayday)

On July 11 2024 a Cebu pacific flight took of from RPVM aka Lapu/Mactan-cebu Intl to RPSB (Bantayan Community) a short 12 minute flight shortley after take off the ATR-72 lost all hydraulics resulting in a mayday call the ATR-72 returned back to RPVM at about 9:58 the aircraft had to perform a belly landing with only 1 landing gear after touchdown the aircraft rolled to a stop as soon as the aircraft stopped the nose gear collapsed the airport was forced to close as there was only 1 runway the aircraft has now been removed and the runway is now open again.
