No junk food keeps you slim and small portions. I will make this. Thank you to the hotel manager. His secret will be out and enjoyed by us all! My family comes from Sparta Greece. I am learning so much from these videos. My friend is married to a Turkish man and she is Irish with wild red hair. They go to Turkey every year a few times and she cannot speak but loves it.
after years of wanting to make it, i finally made these delicious pogaças today, amazing!

I followed your recipe yesterday and made 15 pogaca. The rest part of dough, I made biscuits to eat with clotted cream and honeycomb in the morning. They were so tasty and thank you so much for sharing.

Thank you for this recipe, I can't wait to make it! I'm from Naples in Italy and we were a lot in touch with ottoman people in the past, so we have similar dishes. We have something like this, but it's stuffed with ricotta cheese and salami bits. The dough it's slightly sweet.

You welcome this one is our new favorite at home 😊
This is very tasty 🤤🤤😋😋 & yummy as usually I prepare for evening tea before we steam it _in india electricity not always 24hrs with out information shut down electricity department .So becoz of this we usually in Lucknow people steam it prior doing traditional way of baking you can a part Indian Avadhi cuisine tradition.Same way people prepare sweet filling in it with the team gujiya &puran polli (stuffing of chana dal). Thanks for sharing it .
This is similar to the dish here in the U.S. as well as Mexico/Central/ South America and Africa it can be a meat or vegetable filling even sweet there is a difference on some of the ingredients but ultimately the same in the end of filling the pastry but this is awesome I can't wait to try this I love your channel
That is nice. It has basic ingredients at the end. Hope you try my version too
@@TFT I would love to 😍😄😊
I am from Pakistan your recipes are wonderfull

Delicious recipe well made look ever so tasty...
i try it ilove it so much
Great enjoy it
itook a photo but i could not chare it with you but its successful hhhh
My wife makes Pogaca like that but another thing she sometimes does is follow the recipe for the mixture and filling, but rather than cooking them in the oven she deep fries them. They are then like very tasty savoury doughnuts.
That is an interesting idea. I am sure it must be delicious with deep frying
Oh my goodness, I just made these and they are so good. I did have another similar recipe that I used to use but it was more heavy. With the butter if just changes it so much and I love it. I can't wait till my turkish husband gets home to try them. If there is any left. 😂
Hi dear, I am glad you liked. Enjoy with your family 😊🙋🏻♀️let us know if your husband will like it
Tomorrow Inshaa'Allah for lunch....

Looks delicious 😋
Salam...Jazakallahukhair sis,in Malaysia we called "CURRY PUFF" .It its malaysia favourite food, filling with chickens or potato 🍗🍗🍗🥔🥔🥔.😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩👍👍👍🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾
Salam that sounds good too
Really really love you recover recipe I am vegetarian thank you
It's very interesting how you measure your flour. Here in the USA we have measuring cups that equal 8 ounces. And in your videos, you always use the flour scoop (or shovel). How many ounces or grams does this scoop hold? It seems that you use it very easy and fast, and it looks like it always is same amount? Thank you.
Can I exclude the egg in the dough? I'm lacto vegetarian and would like to still enjoy this. Wandering if it makes a big difference. I realize I need it for wash on top but I can do that for my family and not myself.
I love your channel, very beautiful . I have a question as Turkish ppl eat lots of nightshade veggies like tomatoes, egg plant and peppers . Do you have high
Cases of arthritis or autoimmune disease?
In USA they said that to avoid tomatoes, egg plant.
Also you guys use lots of wheat , do you have gluten problem in turkey as in west.
JazakAllah kardish how are you nice & delicious recipi but 1 question how you maintain your weight because of these recipies
