Видел в каком-то советском кино журнале про кружок авиамоделистов. В общем чтобы облегчить вес планера, использовали ацетоновую пленку. Ацетоновый состав наливали равномерно на поверхность воды, затем снимали застывшую пленку и клеили на крылья.

Very nice, but difficult to make at home for it needs several tools and materials which are not easily available at home to everyone.
Which material was difficult to get? The old plastic cup? The biro? the plastic bag? the chop sticks? CA-Glue? I think the most difficult in my home would be the plastic pearl. I think the build is of medium complexity. The title is wrong. It should be called "light", not "easy". Well in German both words are one word "leicht". As the computer, I use in the moment, cannot even render his username I guess English is not the video makers native language. So we should be nice to him about that. For a scratch build this plane is gorgeous.

I made it at home but i used brushless motor of small drone instead of using rubber .I flew it. I made it without remote controller. I experienced a successful flight but it fell down as battery ran out
Better to make with paper,
Saves time and efforts.

Absolutely surprised to see this.
I did this same plane with straw from broom (Indian jhaadoo), rubber band, metal pin and paper-clip and used marriage-invitation card( for fan, wings and tail) & yes fevicol.
This was back in early 90s where there was no internet.
Flight time was 5-7 sec after about 10 mins of reverse rotation of rubber band.

Couple design improvements for you. Place another stick in the middle if each wing half to stiffen it a little more width wise. The next is use plastic wrap instead of a plastic bag. On the propeller instead of gluing it too the shaft bend the shaft around it 180°. Finally go with a bigger propeller with more twist in the blades. You can get some pretty impressive flight times with these changes.

You can try a bigger propeller to make it turn slower and also try to get thinner rubber strings to get more turns and less torque. There are competition ultra light indoor rubber motor planes that fly are as "fast" as your's in slow motion and can fly approx. 30 minutes.
So a larger propeller turns slowly, that sounds logic, but a thinner rubber could not have torque enough to make it turn, also it could get cut, dont you think?
