Magar Baingan 🍆🍆 aalu 🥔🥔 ki sabzi recipe cooker mein kabhi bhi nahi banani chaahiye bahut bekaar & worst banti hai because cooker mein pressure zyada banta hai toh sab kuch gal jaata hai usme overcook ho kar , kadhai mein hi banana chaahiye recipe ko hamesha

That's what I was thinking. Just needs to slow cook it without adding water. Water is not necessary unless you need gravy.
