Thank you so much for watching this film. I was fortunate enough to direct it, and it was literally just a dream project. From this tiny little idea, to casting DAVID flipping HAREWOOD from Blood Diamond and Supergirl, to going to L.A to premiere our film, and now, it's even qualified for the BAFTAs. I'm speechless. We had the most amazing team, who literally turned a small little film into something that looks like a Hollywood production. The film was made to start conversations. We hope we can open this dialogue to discuss intergenerational trauma, race, identity, and all of the things that make us who we are! It goes a REALLY long way to share the film guys, so keep the conversation going, and let's get this film SEEN!!
Incredibly moving, beautiful film! You and your team are true masters of emotions. All elements are perfectly matched. We need such stories and emotions to make our world better. Thank you!
Thank you bro, this whole journey started with you ♥️ I'd be nowhere if we didn't discover our love for making windows movie maker cartoons on your PC 😂
Incredible Incredible Incredible! So powerful and such an important message about intergenerational dialogue and the need to tackle difficult topics that divide us head on
Wow, what a compliment, one of my favourite films of the decade that was. I'm speechless. We want films like this to start conversations and open up dialogue! Hoping we can do that. What is the topic you think most needs to be discussed from this film?
@@Shehroze the generational divide between fathers & sons is a massive one I’d love to be explored. Also the way Dion was inside his head was an amazing story device. Id love that to be explored in greater depth in other stories!
This is what I love to see. Those moments of honest vulnerability between a father and son is what we need more of on screen to normalise the interaction and break barriers. I‘m looking forward to the full feature, the world needs to see the rest of this story! Well done to everyone involved!
Yesss! Let's get this heard far and wide. This story NEEDS to be expanded. There is so much more to say. Was there a particular scene that resonated with you?
That is the dream honestly. Start conversations, and have the platform to be able to share this story further and wider. The goal is a feature, we won't stop till we hit it!
