I absolutely love this video! I've begun to channel the same presence I feel when running, visualizing that I'm in the midst of a morning run before I kick-start my workday. This technique has immensely benefitted me lately.
I've been following you for some time now and have adopted your LNO framework for all my tasks. A little about me: I'm a Senior Analyst trying to transition into Product Management. I've completed a few relevant courses, developed some Chrome extensions, and am currently working on an app as a side project.
However, I'm struggling with how best to showcase these projects to those who might consider me for a Product Management role. I've found it particularly challenging to communicate this effectively within my current company. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Very hard to show this within own company so you can be promoted. Imo usually best to find a position elsewhere. Don't know from which country you are, but accepting a Product Owner role already moves you much closer to Product Manager.
Within your own company. Being very balsy is often the only way. Find stakeholders that you think need to hear your pitch, and present it with confidence. In order to have effect you must be willing to say that you don't want to stay an Analyst forever and that you will leave the company because you know your future is in PM. Its a risky move, but in my experience you only get things done by being risky.
