If I look at how a particular day has been, it's easy to see this technique working. The days on which I complete those tasks that provide a long term return, I feel greater sense of satisfaction in the evening 😅

I was using the ABCDE technique coined by Brian Tracy but I quite like this LNO technique. It makes you think a little more. Very similar though.

What do you do when something is O for you and L for someone else? And data doesn't help address the problem?
