@@IcelandHotSpots My Icelandic experience back in 2019 was about visiting Reykjavik and do the golden circle tour: basically landed in Iceland on Friday afternoon, out of Iceland on Sunday morning which left me with only a full Saturday to experience this wonderful country, obviously one Saturday is clearly not enough to really apprehend iceland/icelandic culture/iceland landscapes etc. I remember my foot hurting as I walked hours in Reykjavik to take the most of it but yeah 2 days (not even 2 days) was clearly not enough and the golden tour was full of tourists, spoiled the experience a bit even if it was amazing. Even if it was a very short stay Iceland really hammered me in a positive way (not sure about the term hammered though I'm not an English native speaker) Shortly I will have a 14 days trip to Iceland. If you have any suggestions I'd be interested, basically I'm trying to avoid tourist traps/crowds and having a unique experience. Also I haven't anything planned really apart that I'll be spending 14 days in Iceland and that I found a condo in Reykjavik city center. If you explore my walking tours playlist you should get some ideas. Most of them are within 2-3 hours of Reykjavík but not all. I would really recommend going from Reykjavík and exploring South Iceland all the way to Höfn. If you like it you can always visit North, east and West Iceland. South Iceland is easily driven and accessible. Some crowded places but others not that much.
