Turbo Mini autocross on Raceland coilovers

- Finally made it to an autocross event to test out the modifications I’ve done. The @racelandsuspension coilovers did great, but now I think I need to upgrade the rear sway bar to help this thing rotate. The @irelandengineering1777 camber plates helped me get the camber set up. Between my custom air intake, the @CTSTurbo downpipe, and the @gofastbits1066 diverter valve, this R56 makes some amazing noises. I still can’t believe how well the @forgemotorsport turbo blanket works.
On a sticky tire and a stiffer rear sway bar, the Cooper S is going to be a blast.

Im tempted to buy a mini just to use as an autocross car. They are cheap to buy, handle great stock and the aftermarket is huge. How well do they handle being ripped on pretty much constantly?
Mine handles it like a champ. Don’t do Raceland’s though. I hate them and will be pulling them off soon.

I have one of those Minis, that is R56 Mini Cooper S, and to be honest this is a joke not a car. Worst car ever people it brakes and brakes and brakes. It looks nice but quality is shamefull. Such a let down this car is that made me feel like never ever again any Mini. Sell it Man this is a let down car!
You just have to keep up on maintenance. The car isn’t the issue, it’s people’s neglect. Mine is great and has been well maintained, so I’ll keep it. Sorry to hear you had issues with yours.

@@recklesslyfestyle you run yt Chanel hence i demand honesty mate! Just open the door and check how it is built. Then check the engine which is such quality that is designed to be fully repaired by 200k. km. And if you have doubts - mini is made in factory in the Uk. Talk to those people or even to your bmw dealer. I use to have minis for more than 10 yrs. I have other cars too. The fact that You mention maintaince issues speaks foir itself. I don’t assume people neglect maintenance, I know they do. I’ve been in the auto industry for 20 yrs. People neglect everything. I know that the Mini is made in the UK. I was born in Scotland. I have no issue with you not liking the Mini. I’m still going to like mine. I also like all of my other vehicles. I’m always honest about my vehicles, our opinions don’t have to match.
I will also be honest with you about my coilovers. I hate them. I will be changing them out.
