This is exactly how my last relationship was was this one guy. I was depressed for so long because of him. He told me that it was love or that he was just overprotective when he really wasn't. He would mentally and emotionally abuse me. I listen to this I started crying. But thank god i finally found someone who isn't like my ex was. This is really deep and I think every body and girl listen to this because it is true what they are saying.
The sad truth is this happened to me. Every single damn word relates to what I have dealed with. Thank you. This maybe such a negative thing to say but it help me find some sort of closure to what I have been dealing with without having to explain it myself in words I can never explain in.

I agree, it goes for both ways. Women and men don't know how to love someone sometimes. And they confuse us by thinking its just one of those "bad times" in relationships.. But they never end.. We think its gonna get better.. But will it? So yes, it goes for both genders.
I have been through 3 of these...one has a scary obsession with me. He is convinced that despite the fact that I am happily married with a child, that I am still in love with him. I changed my number. I moved to a new state. Its been a decade and I still can't escape!

I used to have a really toxic best friend and I just recently got out of the relationship with her. She ruined all other friendships to talk to me and when I wanted other friends she’d get angry and yell at me and say I don’t care about her. She said she would kill herself if I wasn’t her friend and she would always say she was going to kill herself when I pulled away. I struggle with mental issues on my own and I went weeks upon weeks being inactive on Instagram bc she would stalk when I was active and accuse me of ignoring her. Everytime I did something I was scared she’d get mad at me for it. She still to this day guilt trips me about it. It’s so hard to get over it and I’m still constantly scared even though I don’t plan on talking to her again. She manipulated and tricked me and then told me she loved me and fooled me into thinking it was okay. She never sees wrong in what she does so I would always take the blame and believed it was my fault. And everytime I spoke about a future that she wasn’t in or wasn’t explicitly mentioned she would make these elaborate plans about how we’d live and travel together and make me feel bad for wanting to talk to other people. She threatened self harm and suicide on me for not picking up or calling other friends. Saying I don’t care and never did about her saying it would be better if she were dead just to make me go back to her. When she finds things out about me I didn’t tell her she gets mad at me for not trusting her with things but when I do she gives her input on things that doesn’t need it or gets mad at me for it. I didn’t notice the locked door. Not for many MANY months. I fully realized about half a month ago that the person I became friends with isn’t there anymore. And I was wrong about her . It’s hard to get over that but I’m trying.
