@@flyingpuma9729 you clearly have no idea what fitness is, walking is great for your health and can help prevent cardiovascular diseases. people find anna an inspiration because she is fit and healthy and has reached her fitness goals while running a channel that encourages others. it’s not just “no reason”

This is not a negative comment and I hope it doesn't come off as invasive or rude. You've had an eating disorder in the past and I think you're struggling to let go of it completely. Making constant videos about it and recovery plus posting fitness videos where you show your body (nothing wrong with that - it just really fuels the pressure you feel to get that perfect look in a video) . This is very much excessive imo and speaks to missing that feeling of pushing your limits. Be careful - if you've struggled in the past participating in these "fitness challenges" or diets or trends can be a sign that you're really struggling again. Much love.

Great job Anna! I’m so proud of you. Just know that so many people look up to you. I love that you keep going even when it’s hard! I love you Anna!!!💗💕🩷
I did that once!! Slept only an hour after midnight on my bus to Berlin. Walked around with my trekking backpack til 7am, slept 2 hours on the train to Prag. Did some more walking, went to my hostel to shower and went clubbing! By midnight I had done ~105.00 steps! Did another 15k until 5am when I finally went for 3 hours of sleep. Got up at 8 and did another 60k steps that day. Didn’t walk for 2 days after this 😂😂
Hello Anna! If i wanna lose weight am i gonna do a work out every day or is it okay to have a skip day! Also GREAT work!🥳 your so cool! And ive been doing your workouts for 1 week everyday now!
At my worst with over exercising I would try to get close to 800,000 steps a month, and this was on top of hours of indoor cycling and multiple hiit workouts a day. Monday for example would be 2 x 30 min intense hiit routines then 6 hours of SOLID walking on NO FOOD. Eventually serious tendinitis put me to full rest and I broke down crying in the car after seeing a doctor at the hospital. I get this was a one off for Anna but it really hit home how insane what I used to do to my poor body was. I'm not 100% still. I have days when I tell myself off for not doing more, but importantly I dont go do more. I know what is enough even if my brain tells me otherwise, I listen to my body, and usually wake up refreshed knowing that was the right move. I more often than not enjoy my rest, my days when I eat pizza. And I fuel myself with foods that will support the work I do. And I'm trying a new approach where I never repeat a workout atm, to avoid those obsessive tendancies. And my (now diagnosed) ADHD brain loves the novelty of that. I try pilates, barre, yoga, weights, hiit and cardio of all kinds and never for so long I feel exhausted, I do it to feel good. And I use Anna's workouts all the time, she seems to understand balance very well, and I see myself a lot in her past history. Just thought I'd share :)
A better place for this challenge would be Camino de Santiago. Amazing scenery and other people doing 30+ km a day that could keep you company and help you stay focused and entertained.
Wow, that’s amazing, Anna! But how did you feel the next day? Any muscle soreness? Because after doing so much, even making a trip from the bed to the washroom can hurt like crazy!
Wow congrats Ana! Walking 10,000 steps takes like 2 hours and for 100,000 steps you should be walking for 20 hours. How is that even possible? I'm shook
That seems very excessive and kinds unhealthy. Like doings 5000 crunches in a row. It won't kill you, but you'll be in a lot of pain for days afterwards.
Great job! For me, I love challenges but I would rather do 10,000 step a day every day than 100,000 step in a day. That’s so much. Then I would start hating walking. 😂
I just went to Rome a while ago and we walked practically the entire day. Before I went to bed I did about 45k steps... I was EXHAUSTED i cannot imagine walking more than double that amount, props to you I know I couldn't 🤣
Вау! Это очень круто. В русскоязычном ютубе парни с трудом пытаются сделать 50к, но ты просто невероятная, Анна! Спасибо за то, что постоянно вдохновляешь
One time I did that kind of but it was in two days overnight because I was at a rave 😂😂. My friend and I were joking that we should go run a marathon because we danced the step count of a marathon. I think it’s one of the reasons why dancing makes you feel so good!
How many hours did you need to complete it? When I walked 100k steps, it took me 18.5 hours in total, including the small breaks I had to eat and go to the toilet. The walking began at 03:00 in the morning and finished at 21:30 It was very tough, and I could barely walk 2 days afterward 😅
Now this scan is getting too much. Like diet turns into anorexia, your excercise is turning into an obsession that is not healthy. Moderation is the key. As you tell us all the time. Excercise boost happy hormones and you get addicted to it.

my exact thoughts. is she doing that to prove something to herself? 100k a day is crazy, and it was obviously tiring. and painful.
Exactly! Also her 80/20 looks more like 95/5. Rest is so so important and underrated, I’m kind of worried atp
