Grove Gardens unit # 5305--dog barking constantly

The owner of unit # 5305 at Grove Gardens Condominium has a dog that barks CONSTANTLY (at least when it is outside on her balcony). I made this 1 minute video today of her dog--which is NOT a bona fide "service animal" (service animals are VERY well trained and do NOT bark needlessly--only when they have to warn their owner of imminent danger!) and it does NOT matter whether her doctor wrote a letter stating that it is her "companion"--in the eyes of our bylaws (and of the laws of the State of Florida) , she CANNOT have this animal here at Grove Gardens Condominium! I heard the dog barking from the parking lot as I was getting into my car--and my car is parked at least 500 feet away from the balcony of apartment/unit 5305. (This video was recorded in 720p HD and stereo and can be viewed on UA-cam at your computer's FULL screen size.)

Let me tell you from personal experience that in confined spaces a dogs bark carries further and creates an echo. I have had the same problem and the man has every right to be concern about a dog that bark at a passerby who is a tenant of a mutual communal property. That property belongs to him as much as it does to the other tenants. So if a tenant is barked at it is a message that he is trespassing. Why do people think that an animal has more rights than humans. Read my other comments.

Cuando una persona compra un mendigo perro. el resto de el barrio no tiene que sufrir por las decisiones de otros. Perros ladran cuando no an sido entrenados a ser amistosos o simplemente no pagar atencion a la gente. Si un perro ladra a cada persona que pasa por el apartamento ese perro necesita attencion y educasion. Ay muchos perros que son graciosos y un placer. Si va uno a comprar perro eso viene con muchas responsabilidades. falta de educasion es la causa de tanta ignorancia.

When a dog barks it is by law a nuisance. Creating a nuisance in a communal environment violates California law. California law states that any nuisance that deprives a tenant of the peaceful enjoyment of their property is unlawful & there are penalties involved if the dog for instance makes it unbearable for one to use their balcony without being harassed. I took my landlord to small claims court for a nuisance and was awarded $3,000 for 7 month of harassment. barking is a form of harassment

LouRazz1 Contact me if you want me to explain how easy it is for you to take this person to court for a small fee and have them train their dog or keep it indoors with the doors and windows closed. That dog should not be allowed to be kept outdoors especially if he is unfriendly. it is a violation of your rights. People have gotten used to this because they do not know the law. Thank god for law for it gives relief to legitimate complaints regardless of the ignorants amongst us.

You must have super sonic hearing to be able to hear this dog at 500 feet away being the opposite side of US1, 17th Avenue or SW 24 Terrace. This is clearly shot directly under this person's balcony where you are likely taunting the animal who alerting its owner of the suspicious peeping tom below (YOU). Your actions amount to stalking, harassment and elder abuse. Get a new hobby that doesn't involve spying on defenseless elderly individuals and sharing their private information on-line.
