I’ve been a hair dresser and cosmetologist since I was 18, and I can’t think of any accident that would happen in a salon setting to make half your hair fall out! You must of had a horrible color specialist. And bleached your hair way to much.
I recommend getting a sew in weft (if you’re going to get extensions) for damaged hair! There’s less tension on small pieces of hair and therefore hair won’t be pulled out as easy as these tiny bonds! ❤
I don't know if you do this but maybe a suggestion for hair color based on your other ones maybe you should try Ariana grandes hair from the focus music video a silver purple vibe this is only a suggestion but I hope maybe if you would like you could pick this hair color next ❤
If you don’t like these after your wear, deff try hand tied wefts. I have tried every extension type and this is the only one that allowed my hair to grow out healthy.
You have to use a special, looped hair brush. Technically, you can use a normal hair brush on the ends of your hair. But you will be in serious pain if you attempt to brush a normal brush from your scalp to your ends. It will snag on the keratin tips. The looped brush glides over the keratin tips and doesn't get stuck.

I think it was not an accident, it's bcoz of regular treatments and over use of products which just made them weaker.
