    Great video! Is there a way to have a link that user can send in the email to setup appointment where all parameters would be preset except for picking the time and day?

    Hi, I need to do the Appointment on the basis of Skills also. This means the user should be able to choose the skills on the appointment screen. On the selected skill the Service Resources should be visible.

    Hi am trying to schedule an appointment but unfortunately am facing an error,the error is --Looks like that service territory doesn't have anyone available for those work type groups. Try choosing another service territory.
    this error i got after selecting the service territory.

      Add work type group lookup on work types and add to page layout , I had same issue and it got resolved

    Hi, if we have Inbound Appointment, can the Customer Cancel the Service Appointment from their Customer Community access? Or only the internal user can cancel appointment?

      Hi, Thanks for the message, yes customer can cancel the appointment, you can do this via customization on the customer community portal

    Can you control the order of the Work Type Groups the way it is displayed ??

      If we are using Appointment topics the order can be changed, not sure if this is what you are looking for?

      @@sfdconestop Thanks for replying to me. It was a permission issue which is fixed now. Although I have a question let's say I have scheduled an appointment with lead so how lead will be notified about the appointment that is scheduled??? We have to do it custom or is there a standard way of notifying customers!?
