it was a brilliant concert. Everything sounds so good in the Barbican. I saw Beth Gibbons the week before and have tickets to Anohni this coming Tuesday - can't wait.

I am from México, I saw Bat for Lashes opening for Coldplay in 2010, I have been a fan since then. Natasha is soo talented and her voice is so beautiful! I know every song!

I have to admit I was not familiar with her music. My partner is. But I really loved the concert even though I did not know the songs. She has a really great voice and seems to be a very nice person too
@@missedmusic101 That's amazing. She was one of my favourite artists and biggest inspirations as a musician in my younger years, so I would love to be able to see her live someday.
i got to see her in Los Angeles last time she was here, right before covid, and she did a completely stripped down show. No band, just her and a piano. She also spent a good portion of her time doing 80s covers. Was disappointed. I wanted the heavy drums, the keyboards, i would have rather heard her sing some old songs of HERS instead of Celine dion or whatever else she was up there singing.
I like it when bands do covers, but too many would not be good. I remember seeing Tori Amos playing solo before the release of her first album - her covers of Smells Like Teen Spirit and Thank You were great.
