You might want to inspect the ring rubbers on your chair. Alternatively, consider checking if your chair is tilted forward, as that could be causing the footrest keeps falling. My footrest is still in good condition.

There will be no issue if you remove the armrest unless you lean right or left for a long time. I would suggest keep your chair low and put some cushion on it.
Yes, it has a built-in massager only with one option. Connects with the USB. I will share the short video of the massager. I am still using it and will share the 6 months' feedback asap.

The foot rest cushion is probably installed backwards by manufacturer. I had to unscrew it & flip it the other way.

Mine wont go up and down when u put the seat in. For some reason the height adjustment wont work even tho i followed instructions perfectly
