Great minds think alike. I have just bought yarn to knit Christmas cushions for gifts. I am off on holiday tomorrow and gave packed yarn for my first ever pair of socks even though I have been knitting probably for 45 years. I am going to use your how I knit ,my socks pattern. I love your socks! I am just learning to do the after-thought heel. My regular sock heels are full of holes on the sides. How would I fix that?

I wonder if you might have an idea for a second sock. The first sock turned out beautifully! It was knit in Cascade heritage wave yarn - gray/blue shades. The remaining yarn did not repeat the shades that were in the first sock. Not even briefly! What would you or your viewers do?
