I bought these pencils and had questions. Let’s get some answers 🧐

I actually love the Chromaflow because they are so thin, yet softer than other options like Verithin. They are great for detailed pages, fine details, that thick pencils struggle with. I only wish they made more colors, the 72 set is a good selection for what you can fit in it, but I'm spoiled by my big 120+ sets. I found the Faber Castel Goldfaber while only 48 do have some extra colors that are different than the Chromaflow and are very similar both in size and feel.. both are open stock. I had a 24 set of the Cezanne and actually really enjoyed coloring with them, they have a dry softness to them, reminded me some of the Kohinoor polycolors. I would pick up the big set if they sold them all open stock but unfortunately only have a few select colors.
I was talking about the barrel not the lead of the pencils. I’m so used to holding a fatter pencil with derwent it kinda throws you off. But they are awesome.
I actually just picked up a set of Goldfaber a couple of weeks ago, They are wonderful so creamy perfect for line work. As for the kohinoor I actually use them when I travel I got a few long ago in a. Subscription box I love them. I didn’t even think to compare them to cezanne. I may have to throw some in my travel bag. Thanks for the tip🤗

They are really nice. And I just watched Lindsay the frugal crafter and just found out these can be purchased individually in packs of six.
have you tried the MarkArts as yet? To me they are the closest in feel to Polychromos and the Lyra Rembrandt are the closest to the Derwent Lightfast.
I’ve been curious about the Lyra but have yet to try them. As for the MarkArts never hear of them. Thanks for the tip🤗
I agree. The Markarts are indeed the closest to Polys I've found.

It’s not my job to review pencils. I was legit curious about these pencils and the swatch card made absolutely zero sense. I would hope you appreciate honesty instead of fake stuff that certain individuals get for free a give zero honesty with there feed back.
