- It's almost time for spring flowers, so let's VERIFY if you can openly grow a different kind of bud in your yard now that marijuana is legal in Ohio and Michigan.
Some laws are made to be broken
those laws were broken for decades before they legalized it and will continue to be broken. I'll also continue to support the black market and steer clear of rec shops.
They want to pretend they still get to use extortion. Onions are also legal recreational. There is no limit on how much you can grow. Herb is no different than any other legal plant. We just have to keep suing for our rights. Group up and sue en mass file separate cases all at once, I promise you they get 30k to 75k people filing lawsuits against the government. Same day the legalize alcohol. The government has no right to tell anyone what they are allowed to consume medically. We are told a myth that we have freedom. Because in practice the government decides who gets sick.
Growing high quality cannabis isn’t hard. I’d absolutely LOVE a to show people how to grow their own.

I do too but dont at the same time. U can teach the basics but growing has more nuances thats only learned through growing urself and cant be taught. Those nuances actually make a bigger impact on ur grow than just the basics alone.
anybody can grow a plant. to grow a good plant with a good end product is not something everyone can do.

Wrong, having ANY part of a Marijuana plant (seed, plant or bud) is ILLEGAL across ALL of America, it is against federal law. That being said, some states tolerate it. And technically the US Constitution says that the Government is not allowed to regulate ANY substance, and the government violates our Constitutional rights daily

THAT exact thing happened to me. I showed my cousin where my crops were and of course he didn't rob me but his friends that he told did.....Sound advice, tell no one what you're doing.

As long as it’s in a fenced in yard and kids can’t get too it. Your neighbors have no right walking up on your property anyway. They pretty much just frown upon outdoor growing so much they had to lie for the title and then say it in a way not everyone can easily understand. If you got a fence and a gate. You’re good to go. If we’re being honest though, a sign that simply says “No Trespassing” will perfectly suffice for any individual to adhere too. This state hates the fact this plant has been legalized. I love it. Let’s try to get it to a more open social level. Personally I would love to see something like “It’s better in Mentor Baked festival” that would be lit, and I would be stoned.
My sign on my locked backyard gate door reads "Advisory: RF emissions past this point may be unsafe for the general public" -- it's just a silly sign that I got from work, but I think some people would heed that warning. The only thing that made it into my yard to eat my tomatoes was a racoon which I trapped and relocated at a lake. She will be happier there. I know I could get a ticket, law says I'm supposed to dispatch the critter but I couldn't bring myself to do it. I didn't see no game wardens so it was released lol

Honestly, if you keep it to yourself. Don't draw attention and keep it to a minimum. Don't flaunt it in plain view. You're gonna be fine. Especially if you have neighbors that keep to themselves. But also, don't have weird people showing up at all hours of the day/night buying your stuff. Be discreet.

@@jamesthegrower2.0 Thats all I do, No need for more than 12 plants. I start with 4 plants, one month later, plant 4 more and one month later plant 4 more, on a 3 month rotation. Once a month I harvest 4 and plant 4, that's one plant a week to smoke which usually yields 2 to 4 oz. The most a plant yielded was 4.5 oz, mind you this was indoor growing, outside yields much more.

I get anywhere between 4 and 10ozs per plant indoors and I grow totally organic. Growing in perlite isn't organic bud sry. What this means and how we did it in Michigan. Yes you can grow in your yard but you better put up an 8ft fence that has a locking door. Then we put privacy screen up on the fence so it can't be viewed. Planning on doing the same thing in Ohio now I live here.

You don't need an 8 foot high fence. A normal chain link fence with a lock on the gate will satisfy the law, and yes, I've asked a few police friends about it. Our grow area can't be seen from a public place unless someone climbs a tree and uses optics.
@@Daledavispratt that's not true for how it was in Michigan. We had to have a 8ft fence to make it unaccessible by other people. They'll change it in Ohio too eventually after they realize that a normal little chain link fence won't keep people out. 🤡

Make a hoop house with black privacy fencing. Make sure you can lock it and your fine. I recommend cyclone fencing around it. This turns your outside grow to an indoor grow.

If you have a secure area out of public view you can grow on your property. Not all Ohioans live in a city were growing out of public view is not possible.

Why the big NO? I got them growing in yard now, enclosed by a 6 foot privacy fence that is locked. Why wouldn't they clarify that a bit more rather than the big NO. Look I don't even like smoking it much because I can't seem to find the strain that doesn't bring me to the brink of panic disorder, I like growing it because it feels like a sin, the apple that Eve wasn't supposed to eat. I give it away to friends and family with bad back peoblems. I can understand you grow in your front yard, why would you? It's liable to be taken in the middle of the night.

@@jamesthegrower2.0 Indoor is ALWAYS better, You can 100% control every aspect of your grow. I grow both ways and outdoor produces MUCH more to harvest but the quality is off, while indoor (Not Hydro, hydro sucks to deal with, pearlite and daily waterings is the key) the quality is better the harvest is less. Controlled food, light, air temp, nutrients makes for a perfect environment unlike outdoors. There is no comparison, obviously you do not have the experience.

Your using bottle nutrients just shows me you don't know what your doing. Anyone can grow with bottle nutrients, kid.
