    There is not a evidence for delaying coffee,what do you think about

      Thanks very much for the comment, Efe. I'm not aware of any specific studies being done on the impact of delaying caffeine intake from when you wake. However, I would recommend checking out Andrew Huberman's episode on caffeine: ua-cam.com/video/iw97uvIge7c/v-deo.html. At around 53.45 he goes into much more detail than I did on the benefits of delaying caffeine intake by 90-120 minutes from waking, particularly explaining the impact on adenosine and cortisol levels and how that can effect how we feel.       @@efebayndr888 agreed, but for optimal outcome it is best to try to avoid any caffeine until that 90-120 minute mark.
