I know this is an old video but turmeric is fat soluble so it needs a fat along with it to be properly absorbed. Also black ground pepper helps absorption. Making it into a tea with some almond milk and a dash of pepper would make it a lot more effective.

Turmeric(or curcumin) has a pretty low bioavailability meaning your body destroys(bile, metabolism, etc) those beneficial curcuminoids and other phytonutrients without absorbing but you can increase it exponentially through prior or co-administration of piperine/bioperine. Gotta try that shroom powder. Ha I actually recommend Kratom in small Doses in your tea ☕️ daily. I've been on it for a yr and boosting my intellect focus. Been innovating more on the foam rollers. If you have a TP roller or hollow core roller you can string resistance band handles through it and do roller hops training or lift each side up. Great core training. This stability training is blazing my abs. I got a new 🔔 shaped wheel I'm posting soon. It allows you do create an unstable bench press so the wheels don't go above the top or sides. Do it with resistance bands or free weights and get chest flys and leg lifts adding more ground clearance and extension. It's like doing weights on a yoga ball but harder. It's called thoracic spine planks. I did research on every style of foam roller training. You can incline it with 1 wheel. I got a brand called SKLZ in Carlsbad reviewing it. Wish my luck ! Keep up the vids💪🏽⭐️ Actually I got another variation on those resistance band ab shin rolls called negative resistance where you hold the handles in a push-up position and as you straighten you legs it provides counter resistance.
